Took over 15 minutes for someone to come talk with us after being seated. Food was cold and quality has gone way down

sugar factory is a really fun place if you catch it on an non busy day. we had 8:15 reservations for a party of 10. when we got there they were running 30 min behind reservation times. we didn’t mind waiting but after the 30 min, they were about to seat us and they asked if my whole party was there—to which i replied that one guest canceled so it would now be a party of 9. the hostess then told me that since we no longer have 10, we would hav r to wait longer for a different table and they would give away the table that was made for us to another party of 10 that 1. came after us & 2 had no reservation which made 0 sense. i had to ask for a manager who helped us out. when the bill came, they were up charging different items on the menu (ex: caesar salad $13 add steak $14 on the menu) and they charged us 13 + 25 for the steak on the bill. charged us for a couple items that we didn’t receive and overall $40 more than why our bill was supposed to be… had i not caught it they would’ve just gone with it. the food was decent, drinks are great, overall experience was below decent. watch your bills!

Made a reservation expecting a good table instead they pulled out 2 folding tables and placed us directly in front of the bar. People bumping into our table waiting for their drinks. Poor service and reservation was a waste of time

Amazing food, drinks and service! Made our 5 year anniversary very special!

My daughter wanted to celebrate her 17th birthday here. I made reservations for the top tier. I'm assuming they are remodeling because we were sat in just normal seating. They didn't even acknowledge her birthday and she was wearing a hat and sash that said it was her birthday. The food was good, I'll give them that, but pricey. If you're looking for a deal forget about it. Our waitress didn't check on us hardly at all. This place is definitely for a birthday or celebration. Not just you're everyday eating out place!

Save your money and go elsewhere. We were a family of nine who brought our kids to have fun milkshakes and although the milkshakes were creative, the food was awful. We ordered a large margarita and it had very little to no alcohol. The service started out great and then we were forgotten. It’s definitely time for this restaurant group to reevaluate their expectations for food and beverage quality, service and menu. We were disappointed!

This place is loud, service is terrible, food is gross. The space is enormous, but only a tiny portion in use, so it’s like you’re sitting in a strange empty warehouse that has 15 tables and 20 TV’s playing videos of celebrities from 15 years ago that once ate food there. Clearly this place is probably going to shut down soon. On the positive the shakes are great. But come for one shake and then get out. Food was inedible and completely overpriced. Plus they force 20% tip. So because of that the service is non-existent.

Went there before the experience was great this time the experience was terrible very quiet no music like the fun place that you would think just very boring regular restaurant not the fun restaurant we see

First thing I am not used to Tip or Gratuity being added automatically, although I didn't mind it as the service was wonderful. . Great Food, Cookie Monster shake had a hard donut and cupcake was frozen. Smores share waas good but burnt. Nice portion for the Sampler platter with Mac and Cheese balls, Buffalo Chicken Wings, Onion Rings, and Chicken Fingers. House salad was Great but the Pan Roasted Skirt Steak was just OK. The Big Chessy Burger was delicious with the garlic fries.

Food is terrible and they forgot half of it and brought it out with our check. Check was wrong. Overall just for the experience of the $40 drink. Food and service are horrible.
