Absolutely incredible authentic Vietnamese establishment with a fully plant-based menu right in the heart of Little Saigon. Everything tasted just like how I remember the non-vegan versions to be before I became vegan. The ingredients were all so fresh and flavorful. All of their mock meats are made in-house too. Very impressive!! The service was also top-notch. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff right as we walked through the door. They were attentive and truly went above and beyond for all of their customers and even served complimentary sweet treats after our dinner. The owner is SO sweet and welcoming and took the time to ensure everyone was enjoying their meals.Even if you’re not vegan, I promise you will enjoy the food and the welcoming atmosphere!! Do not sleep on this place. :)
This vegetarian Vietnamese place is a hidden gem that serves fresh, delicious food!Food: We got the Bahn Mi with soft tofu, crispy fried dumplings, and “beef” stew with a side of rice. There’s a lot of love that goes into the food - the dumplings were wrapped fresh and made to order, the homemade bread is baked every day, and even the water is fused with fruit and incredibly tasty.Everything we ate was awesome!Service: Overall fantastic and welcoming. Not sure if she was the manager or owner, but she took the time to greet us, ask where we were from, and even talk about how they make the food.Even at 3pm about half the restaurant was full!
The best vegan restaurant I've been to, hands down!! The food is so tasty. It's like authentic but vegan! I want to tell all my vegan friends about this! They are also so passionate about the food! Spread the word, they really deserve for everyone to try it out!
First, the owner and staff are incredibly friendly and super passionate about their restaurant. They take pride in the dishes they make and you can taste it! Everything is homemade, healthy, and absolutely delicious!! They have over 100 items on the menu list and everything comes out looking just like the pictures if not better. I highly recommend this place even if you’re not a vegan; the food and hospitality are that amazing!
I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian, but I do appreciate good food all around. And, the results are in.... Yes, I was pretty satisfied with the two dishes I had here. I had the Steam Rice Cake as an appetizer. The chewy texture and toppings went well together. And I also had the "duck" wonton soup, which I don't think is listed on the website menu. But, it is listed on the menu at the actual restaurant. Super savory and delicious. And I am amazed how the vegan dishes here truly show great Vietnamese ingredients and innovation, which can only result in a happy meal. Only improvement I can suggest is the service. It was a little slow, but it is a mom and pop shop, so be a little patient. It's worth it. You may or may not get a sweet surprise!
I was looking for vegan options and came through this restaurant that offers vegan Vietnamese food, high rated and wanted to give it a try. Went there on Friday night , it was packed but luckily we got a table for 4. Ordered Helen's wrap which was recommended by the owner herself, the wrap was OK, not too great in taste. Ordered the Bun, Pho, soy chicken with rice, lemon grass tofu. The best was the vegan vegetable Pho.. It was light, not too salty, just perfect ? bun were good too . The owner and the staff were really sweet, they offered us free dessert in the end. And packed few desserts to take back with us (flan and moong pudding). Everything is homemade and made with love and care. Good customer service! And not to forget the refreshing water they serve in the beginning... Too good! Made with lychee, cucumber, apples, lemon etc. Do come and check this place atleast once :-)
Amazing from start to finish!! The service? Wow!! The food? Outstanding!!! Everything was so good!! The water is the best ever!!! I've included pictures of what I remembered to capture before the food was demolished by our hungry stomachs. I'm not vegan. This place is amazing and fresh and the employees are so great!! We ordered and loved every bite of the bahn mi times two, the fried tofu, the filet mignon spring rolls, Peking duck and Helen buns! Nothing but amazing, can't say it enough!
Absolutely LOVED Thanh Tinh Chay Vegan Restaurant!! Such a wonderful experience and DELICIOUS vegan food! It was our first time trying it out and we will definitely be returning & bringing friends and family here to experience it for themselves. The customer service was phenomenal & our waitress was so friendly - she explained how they make their sauces, broths, and mock meats from scratch. The dining atmosphere was clean & peaceful - the dining room was cute and painted bright green with photos of their food & positive quotes all over the walls. They also have a free parking lot behind their restaurant.We got "beef" tacos, Bún Thanh Toàn with mock duck (a vermicelli noodle bowl), and a crispy "chicken" dish with white rice & steamed vegetables. Since it was our first time at Thanh Tinh Chay Vegan Restaurant, our waitress gave us an assortment of desserts for free, too! There were a whole bunch of desserts and all of them were delicious - an assortment of a peanut brittle, something chewy & chocolate-y (tasted like it was made from dates), a custard/pudding, sweet mung beans with a coconut cream, and a coconut & pandan jelly desserts to-go.5/5 stars! Would highly recommend dining at/ordering from Thanh Tinh Chay Vegan Restaurant!
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The staff is so accommodating, friendly, and proud to serve delicious Vietnamese food that is cooked in the back, all from scratch. You really get the feeling that they want you to be there, and that they truly want you to enjoy! Very happy that I stopped in, and I will definitely return if I am back in the area.
This is one of the best meals I’ve ever had! I’m not vegan, but this plant-based Vietnamese food was amazing. Our server was so kind & thoughtful. We drove from out of the area to try this spot & it exceeded all of our expectations. The owner & staff clearly have culinary expertise and are so passionate about what they create. Run, don’t walk!
