The food was good but the service kinda sucked. It was our first time there and the person who helped us at first didn’t care to ask if we had been there before. Like most places they have digital menus, but I was not aware that we were supposed to order through it. The entire time we we were waiting for the server to take our order until we noticed the person next to us got their order and I put two in two together. When requesting for the bill you simply just pay at the front (another thing they never mentioned). The service could have been better, with one simple question.
Been around for a good time, food has been consistent, service is good. When come here for lunch, the meal comes with a drink. Also can get on the waitlist from Yelp, they will text you when it is your turn. Very convenient! Overall the experience is good!
Came here to celebrate my birthday and the food was amazing! We ordered the kimchi stew and the portions was good and the staff with give you more broth if you like. The place was very clean and outside seating is available. Staff is very attentive and friendly.
Individual soup noodles, hotpot style. Missing the whole point of getting together as a family/group of friends to share a meal together. Food was mediocre. Broth was underwhelming. Service was so-so. It was hard to get anyone's attention. They served water in non-reusable plastic cups ? Not to mention that this place was extremely overpriced. What's the hype????

The staff and the service were quick and friendly. The food was great. The soup was tasty. But it is a bit pricy for a bowl of noodles and veggies in a sterno flame boiling soup.
Individual hotpots. 1 vegetarian option with water base broth (I enjoyed it). If there were more vegetarian options I'd bump up to 5 star :)You can order via QR code at the table, and they bring your food up. Pay at the register when you're done. Nice setting, friendly staff.
