Great new spot! Fantastic kombucha (try the Fiesta Island) and nitro cold brew. Very comfortable space. Highly recommend!

TapShack is a hidden gem amid no shortage of the grit in Downtown San Diego’s East Village. The warehouse space is vast but welcoming, a great place to chill with friends, relax with a book, or do some work on the computer for the day (the wifi is a definitely plus).The kombucha, coffee, and matcha are killer—I’ve tried a new drink every time I’ve come in and I’ve yet to be disappointed by a single drink item on the menu. If I had to pick favorites in each category, I’d go with the Cosmic Chloe, the vanilla cold brew, and the classic oat milk matcha.The owner/manager is lovely, helpful, and knowledgeable, as are the other folks on staff.TapShack’s Shack on 13th is truly a diamond in the rough. You’ll be glad you stopped in.

Shack On 13th hands down has the best Kombucha and Nitro Coffee money can buy! This place is a must visit in the downtown area. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
