Enjoyed the visit. Friendly wait staff. Food was well prepared and flavorful.. Lots of options for vegetarians. Will be returning when in the area.
Hands down the best Indian food in San Diego. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the servings are LARGE. To-go orders give at least one extra meal... an hour or two later. ;-) We've tried a few different things on the menu- their paneer is very good.
Order to cook lunch thali was fresh n tasty. Great food
I ordered some take out and I went home I saw the bread burned, blackened. They could have thrown this one and pack a good one for me, but they sold the burned one anyway. Also on Sinday they don't have the lunch special and I find their menu quite pricy. The rice, the bread is extra charge. It costed $60 for a couple of lunches.
5 stars for the food and between 1 and 5 stars for the staff.Depending on who is running the front of house, it can range from a pleasant experience ordering to feeling like you are intruding, uninvited into someone else's home.To avoid this, order ahead and don't eat in the restaurant.
Veg Biryani was too bad, just added some veggies and gravy to it. It’s not actually cooked biryani. Planner butter masala was too sweet. I never suggest to anyone.
Food is great...5 stars for that...The only problem is that the owner/manager is so unhappy whenever he sees a customer.....funny!We have tolerated this multiple times for the good food...but it is always a gloomy experience
Best Saag paneer if you live in Rancho Bernardo or 4S Ranch area. I've tried the same dish at every other Indian restaurant in the vicinity. They are #1.
Seriously this is Indian cuisine? I never had such food in India. All veg curries tasted same (sweeeetish). Tried couple of times n decided not to visit this place any more.Asking about spice level is just a formality here. Order anything, and you get the sweetest curries LoL?
Great little establishment. Everything was fresh and delicious! Will be back if I'm in town.
