Way faster and more accurate since under new management. Would recommend to anyone who can get on base. Rush is normally around 11-1 but even then wait times are not too bad compared to the last two management times.
The customer service and speed has tremendously improved. It’s a bit longer in the early afternoon during the rush but anytime after that and the food is out very quickly

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They need to hire more people 100% it’s ridiculous. I’m waiting a half hour for 2 burritos.
For Taco Bell this is a pretty good store. They have well trained employees and the service is faster than the average location. I like the variety and the changing $5 box special.
I originally asked for a plain quesadilla via drive thru the price was over 3 dollars. Really for a small flour tortilla and a bit of cheese? Hmmmmm.....no..so I changed it to a tostada. VERY VERY little cheese..and yes, I understand it is Taco Bell..but still..not a good visit. See attached picture. Will complain to management next time I stop by.
Food is so so...of course it is Taco Bell...service is good. I like the nachos. They normally are okay with the order being correct.
