This is the only restaurant we like in San Diego that satisfies our spicy craving Indian taste buds. Portions are nice and food has a really deep schezuan taste which is very addictive. I always order chilli chicken with jalapenos, deep fired chicken with red chillies and cumin lamb. We go back often. BTW after done eating here do visit boba place next to it. Those avacado-berry shakes will cool you down.
Amazing! If you want to eat traditional Chinese food, this is a part of your chose, so good, highly recommend!
The waiter ordered wrong food for us. We ordered two different noodles but they gave us two same noodles. The waiters were very rude ( a lady and a young man). And kept complaining it is me ordering wrong( yes complaining to a client!) . I thought it is still noodles not big deal I still could eat it. However! The waiter still complaining I ordered it wrong and it is just so annoying and unpleasant to sit inside. Not recommend this place at all! Plus the food not good neither!
I am NEVER eating at this restaurant again. Food was ok but cold and the service was HORRIBLE and OBNOXIOUS!!! When ordering my food I repeated my order and the person taking my order got it wrong and was ABSOLUTELY RUDE! He even had the audacity to say that if I'm not satisfied then don't come back. Did not apologize or even try to correct things. He INSISTED that he was not in the WRONG!?????
Pretty good! A very wide range of dishes. More than just Szechuan food.
Food is authentic and very delicious. One of the the best Chinese restaurants at San Diego we visited by far.
Beef rolls good but cold. Spring rolls hot but bland flavor. They made a good potato salad but was flavorless. This may have been by design though. Ingredients were fresh and cooked properly, but very little salt or spice. To those eating this type of food their whole lives, this may be comfort food.
Best Chinese on Convoy, hands down!Food was as good as it gets and affordable! Portions are HUGE, so make sure to come with at least two friends.Mapo Tofu is a must-order. Best I've had in a while.Fun for the whole family!
I wanted to eat traditional Sichuan food. I asked a few friends and recommended that the food here is good, so I came here. The taste is really good, especially the mapo tofu, which is so good. However, the taste of chili fish is salty and needs improvement. Generally speaking, it is still very good.
Chef special lamb broiler lacked flavor. Scallion pancake was more of a scallion crepe.Won't be going back for the money spent.
