I was not a big fan of the swagyu burger, on my opinion it did not have the wow factor, it had cheese which probably overcome the flavor of the meat. The nito fries were different. For both of ours we paid 50+ dlls don't know if it was worth that. I liked the atmosphere and the staff were very nice. Since it is in PB, there's no parking.

The best wagyu smash burgers on the planet! Take home an A5 steak to make at home as well.

Had dinner tonight, very very good!!!

Friday night and hungry for something different so we went to Swagyu as we’ve been told the burgers are the best …We included sides of mushroom and broccoli and fries.Wow. The meat with perfectly prepared so the flavors really came out.The sides were fantasticI did not want to stir the raw egg in the mushrooms. Wasn’t crazy about that idea.Regardless. Highly recommended.Great atmosphere and service was friendly and courteous. A great experience4.5

I mean the burger is ok but not quite as good as what I had from their truck. Maybe it's an off day, but there was something imbalanced in the amount off meat or cheese or something. The potatoes could use a little more seasoning too. The wagyu omelet was very little wagyu and again, just ok. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious, and I guess the service is pretty fast. But given the drive, I wouldn't say it's worth it, and that's considering last time I had their burger I stood in line in the rain for half an hour. It's basically not worth the price and a sad use and waste of wagyu if that's what's in their burger.

Undoubtedly the best burger I’ve ever had! I have eaten plenty of burgers throughout the Midwest and coming to California I was a little skeptical on how they make their burgers. This restaurant is the place to go for their signature smash burgers and house special sauce. It’s a generous serving size and be sure to try their nitro potatoes too!

Best burgers and potatoes I've ever had and the beef skewers just melted in my mouth!!!!

Hubby and I stopped here once we flew in from Texas. We ordered their famous burger and nitro potatoes. Everything tasted delicious, very flavorful. You can tell the burgers were made with high quality beef. I’m taking off 2 stars for the price. 18 bucks for a burger with cheese and pickles was too much. We still had to order the potatoes and sodas separately (in the small bottles so no refills). Our tab was around 60 bucks which is absolutely absurd. They claim one order of potatoes were enough to feed 2 people, which is true if u eat like a 10 yr old.

An incredible experience to have here in PB, super unique wagyu steak and burger spot. The smash burger and potatoes is one of the best dishes in all of San Diego, but definitely bring a friend to split it.The whole team working the restaurant is super friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. Whether you are coming in for an afternoon burger or a 5-star New York Strip, you'll feel right at home.

Loved the vibe here. From the food to the music. Can be a little pricey but you pay for quality
