Starbucks has a set of standards as a company and this Starbucks appears to excel at meeting or exceeding them. I go to this Starbucks a few times a month (when in the area) and the drinks are always delicious and made correctly.The staff has always been pleasant and the one time I saw a disgruntled customer, it was promptly resolved by the manager and the customer walked away with a smile on her face.Highly recommend this location. There is no inside as it is drive thru and order outside and wait only. Not the best location for those who want to conduct work in a lobby area.
Go there every afternoon and always have a great experience with the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, gone to many different Starbucks around me but I always find myself driving the extra miles to visit this location! Line can get long but usually moves pretty fast.
She wouldn't scan My phone for my points and sighed and shrugged her shoulders when I asked for a receipt. Poor customer service. It killed my vibe .I'm not happy to come here anymore. Starbucks is rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. It's discrimination.
Love the new store. I am very happy there is a drive through now.
Placed order and waited over 10 min. Never got my second drink while the first one got cold (wasn’t for me). They couldn’t find my original order and then tried to give a gift card as a refund. Had to demand to get cash back then gave me less then what the original order was. Will not come back to this location
Was super excited about this location opening but very time I come here they constantly get my order wrong. It could even be as simple as the size and when I tell them its wrong they look at me like I’m crazy and it shouldn’t matter. Other times they will do the right order but change one thing. It seems like they need more training or need to listen better. Starbucks has been around way to long so this to constantly be happening.
I don't like the carry out only model. And it's much slower and impersonal.
Brand new Starbucks, great staff. Drive-thru get long, but do move quickly. I do dislike the fact that drinks are filled all the way to the top with ice; without ice, it's under half a cup filled! I tried it. I don't mind price increases for such drink I am willing to pay. However, filling cups to the brim with ice is a bad profit making decision.
Personally I’ve only been here once so I don’t know if was just an off day but it was the longest wait I’ve ever had, they kept screwing up orders and forgetting to give people all their items. It seemed a mess inside. Won’t go here by choice again
