Be careful of this Starbucks store! I gave my card for payment. Leticia said that card is declined. I thought it was weird. She asked for another payment. I gave her cash. I checked my bank account immediately and saw that her transaction is pending. I called the manager and she said they only have cash payment for my purchase. Checked my bank account today, yes, the charge was there. Just be very careful when they ask for another mode of payment. Check your account for that purchase. Aside from her bad customer service that day, this happens. Smh

Lobby not open and no online ordering. Without a car you won’t get anything. They won’t even answer the door to talk to you!!
Have started going here after work and I would love to give it all five stars however, I did run into some minor issue here on one day in particular. For example, my yogurt expired the day of and the slight underhanded classist attitude towards me. (I usually come in lose workout clothing and I'm brown) And it's not like they usually act this way towards underprivileged people. (They always have the patience to work with other people) I do hope this is a big misunderstanding on my part and I would love for everyone regardless of who they are or how they look would be treated like normal human beings. After all, I don’t think it’s too presumptuous for a paying costumer to be treated with some common decency regardless of presentation. Other than that, the service is fast, the people are usually nice, plenty of place to social distance, and plenty of avaliable/functional plugs to use.
Don't honor there hours open, closed at 6pm but door sign and maps says 8pm. won't answer there phone. am I suppose to call everywhere I go and ask if they're open?
The staff are always so friendly and genuine. They have no issue with complex orders and have even recommended drinks/alterations!

Professional, friendly, and fast. Every single employee I've interacted with at this Starbucks has been great. The location is clean and has plenty of well-spaced seating.
Always good coffee but keeps getting more expensive by the day!
