Launa is known for being one of the best managers for Starbucks In Calif.She not only has the best relationship with her employees she also has her customers loving the customer service she provides each and every day.Ive known launa for many years and from day one up to the present time has not changed her hard work ethic. Bad service, my drink was not made correctly and when I asked why there was so little in the cup. All they said was it must have been the light ice...? The fix? They just added more milk......I have gone to serval other Starbucks and my drink never looks like this. Second picture is them remaking it and how it usually looks and with at least the min amount of liquid that's acceptable. Once tried it was horrible. Taste like burnt old coffee.

I ATTEMPTED to order one drink after another:Iced White tea: "No we no longer carry that"Iced passion tea with Guava: "We're all out of Guava"How about a cotton candy Farppachino? "We don't have any rasberry syrup"Then I decide to order the most generic thing you can order. The thing that little supermarket Starbucks always have: - Can I just get an iced green tea??? "Uhh... we're all out of that too.."I was going to try to order another drink, but surely they'd be out of ice, cups, and anything else you could think of.Probably time to have someone from corporate come down and shutter this place. It no longer serves any purpose.
We come here 1-3 times a week and the staff is always friendly. They are also helpful with recommendations. ❤
