Very nice and fast location a bit packed but that did not slow them down. No drive thru at lmthis location only walk up. Nontheless a positive location with good vibes.
I had good experience going at late evenings/night(basically non-busy hours). Baristas were nice and seem friendly. I got my drink within 5-10min.

I haven't been disappointed here yet. Love ordering on the app and showing up at the time the app says. For in store ordering, it can take awhile though. Food always come out before the drinks. Staff have always been pretty kind, which is great.
I understand the busy schedule of the holidays but this Starbucks is ridiculous. Prioritizing mobile orders over the people in the store is not good. 25 MIN FOR 1 COFFEE IS A JOKE.
I haven't yet found a startbucks where the drinks always taste the same. This one is no exception. The new one on Carroll canyon so far hasn't disappointed after 2 visits this one sadly always disappoints. All you gotta do to make the drink the same everytime is follow instructions. I dont add anything or remove anything I order the original drinks and they never taste the same.
Another capitalist extravaganza out here ready to suck our pockets dry and exploit the integrity of the south Venezuelan workers only getting paid in Caramel lattes so they work even harder. I'll admit the tactics here are nothing short of brilliant. But I can't stand idle by and drink coffee that was touched by those dirty Venezuelans. I can taste the fly legs just thinking about it.
I can say the only downside of this location is that there is no drive thru... however there are many things that compensate for this one downside. This location has to be the best Starbucks I have been to. The location is in a friendly area, has a great sitting availability (inside and out). My drinks are always correctly made, are always on time, if not early, and are for sure tasty! This location is always clean, and well taken care of. The staff is phenomenal! They routinely working hard and I have not witnessed one worker slacking off.I had witnessed a homeless male get water, and the worker treated him with no judgment. One of the workers even gone out of his way to give him a pastry. Despite the random outbursts of yelling, the manager had spoke to the homeless man and treated him as a human and to respectfully be quiet. I genuinely appreciate people who are kind and care for others. This Starbucks definitely sets the standards high for all the other locations in Mira Mesa.

I have given this starbucks too many chances. I've had to wait for an iced coffee for 10-15 minutes MULTIPLE times (and yes they had some ready), and once again today people who ordered after me-recieved their drinks before me.They always have so many people working, but none are actually making the drinks, or they are distracting each other from doing so. Saddest thing is it seems the shift leaders are part of the problem, since they are some of the ones not working.
