This place is top notch for morning breakfast before you start your day in SD. It’s in the heart of Gaslamp Quarter. We had the Seed Bagel with Very Berry cream cheese and Everything with White Truffle and Parm… both were excellent! The bagels were warm and soft and the cream cheese was right amount. Don’t count your calories when you visit here , just enjoy the cream cheese and carbs. We had a Chagano Iced Coffee which was too strong for us but it was good try. A lot of youngsters here who spend their mornings here. Plan to wait for 15 mins to get your coffee and food as they do get very busy. Also, we went the next day late noon to get the bagels again but they didn’t have anyone to work in the kitchen and hence we couldn’t get anything. Get there early and enjoy these bagels and coffee
Very nice little local coffee shop with a very cool outdoor atmosphere. Located right on the San Diego Marina added a great view while having a coffee and listening to the outdoor music. Staff was friendly and helpful - coffee was good and popular; the line was often long (but quick). Very short walk from the Marriot, located in Seaport Village.
Enjoyed my coffee and breakfast so much that I decided to buy a mug to bring home to the east coast. Sadly after putting it in the dishwasher just once, wording on the mug rubbed off. There was no warning label on the mug that it was not dishwasher safe, and after reaching out to them to let them know what happened, I had to leave a voice mail and after several days no one has even bothered to call me back. Very disappointed by the low quality of the mug and the lack of customer service.
Great coffee and amazing bagels! I loved online ordering and then the ease for pick up! We went twice while visiting for a conference.
Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with excellent customer service too. A real find on the waterfront. Quality merchandise and they cater for gluten intolerant folk too. Superb!
Great place in San Diego to have breakfast. I enjoyed both the bagel and the oatmeal. Would definitely return.
This coffee spot in located in central downtown. Street/ meter parking only. Very open cafe, which I enjoyed. Inside and outside comfortable seating available. Pet and family friendly. The breakfast sandwiches and homemade cookies are delicious. You start by choosing your bagel or roll from a list of in house made bagels and rolls. Then you select your spread/butter, eat with just spread or turn into a sandwich. You can customize your sandwich any way you would like... add bacon, fried egg, tomato, etc. They also sell coffee, salads and açaí/ fruit bowls. The roasted garlic plus bacon/ white cheddar bagels are excellent. Our sandwiches was made fresh, hot to go plus we ordered a strawberry lemonade and vanilla latte. Prices are high for 2 sandwiches plus 2 beverages we paid $37. However you get what you pay for which is quality, fresh, tasty ingredients. Must try coffee spot.
They open at 7am and the best part about this place and its location - you can walk around it before the shops open and the tourists hit. The coffee was good and although I didn’t get one, the bagel sandwiches looked delicious. Come early, get your coffee and walk along the water. Great spot if you’re staying at the Grand Hyatt or Marriott.
Visited spill the beans at seaport, servers so friendly. London Fog yum along with cookies. So good we have been twice. Coffee by the sea can’t be beat.
Bagel options were very good and they were made fresh! The warm bagels were large and the amount of unique spreads they had was very nice. I had never been to a bagel place before so this was a good first experience. Coffee was also very good! I dined in and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Recommend for sure!
