Really needs a makeover. Interior is dated and worn and doesn't feel great. The bathroom was unkempt, sticky floors and messy. Been coming here every so often for many years. Food was savory and pretty good.
Ordered vegetable biryani and chicken briyani. It’s not biryanis they served .Instead they just mixed rice with veg curry and chicken curry and served.If not available , they could have informed . Very bad food and waste of money
Driving from southern cal to Irvine thought I’d stop and grab something to eat. Place the order when order comes out the waiter spills the piping hot masala on my wife’s lap then goes across the table and spills it on My lap and shoes. I go to the restroom and it just plain nasty. The spinach cheese curry smelled and looked like a baby diaper full of you know what. It took every thing in my body notTo catch a charge. I would suggest to go elsewhere
Very flavorful food and friendly service. I asked about their vegan options, and they showed me all of the things already on their menu, as well as other options they could make vegan for me if I wanted. Always nice when that happens! Will go again if I'm ever up in RB
I'm all for supporting local businesses if you're able to acknowledge a customer's concerns.We ordered to go, 3 different kinds of stuffed paratas and wat we got was stuffed whole wheat Naan that tasted super bland. Called the restaurant to check if it was a mistake, the owner said that they remember sending us paratas and asked to share a picture of the food. On sending pictures, they was absolutely no response. Being a foodie all my life, I know the difference between a stuffed Naan and a stuffed parata. I'm afraid I wouldn't give this place another chance.

We had gone to Julian super late so all the restaurants were closed and than we decided to go here very randomly. the food was excellent and the service was even better. I would highly recommend going here. We will definitely be back!

I love finally trying restaurants that I deliver for, the ones I choose have great staff who attend to their at home diners with as much consideration as their in house customers. I’m so happy to be able to recommend this restaurant, as I enjoy the service I get when I pick up there. The food is great! For four people we got 2 starters, bhaji and samosas, 2 entrees, which come with rice,and naan. It was perfect! I ordered lowish spice level, since eating with wimps,even though I usually enjoy a lil more kick. It was still plenty flavorful, and everyone enjoyed everything. The owner is awesome and you should check it out.
I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is flavorable and the stuff is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we pass a gorgeous evening. warmly recommended.
