Although the cashier, Hu Bohan, was able to kindly allow me to order in Mandarin, my native language, he was overall an unprofessional worker. He spoke softly despite having a microphone, waffled around in the workplace, didn’t exude happiness, and even hung out with one of his friends after his shift… in the store. He was rude as insulted his friend on multiple occasions while making me feel uncomfortable with a Spotify-themed pickup line. On top of that, I noticed that when he served different customers, he’d always wipe his filthy, soiled hands on his sides instead of washing them. There was also a Pokemon-themed “bobasaur” blackboard in front of where you order - although it was more than evident Bohan drew it, he vehemently denied all allegations like Trevor Bauer. I would never trust a shop with dishonest cashiers or other staff. Despite all of this tomfoolery, the drink was incredible, which is why this review is 1 star instead of 0.
Unlike other Shareteas this one does NOT have milk alternatives, despite the fresh milk tea on their menu specifically saying there are milk alternatives (???) Just to repeat for my friends using search, they do not have non-dairy milks. They do not have vegan milk options.Was also told that they never had them (?)Every other Sharetea I've been to has had soy milk.Just go to a different Sharetea that actually carries their menu items.
I am a regular at this place and absolutely love their boba milk teas. Taro pearl milk tea is my favorite!
I don’t know if it was because the time of day or the people making the order were out of it, but my Taro did not come out good at all. I went here because it had the best reviews in the area and my wife and I were craving it. The service was fine. But the young man taking our order seemed like he could care less. The Taro I received almost had no sweetness to it.I’m only giving two stars because my wife said her drink (not Taro) was fine.
We ordered QQ Happy Family Milk Tea and Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea. They were so good. The staffs are friendly as well. They open on the New Year day. One more thing, free hot cocoa for children. ?
Was already feeling iffy about ShareTea since their drinks are made inconsistently every week, but they just lost us as regulars after today. The cashiers are so incredibly rude it’s not worth it, especially when half the time your boba is over or undercooked.
Awesome menu choices and the tea also tasted really good! 10/10 would recommend!
It’s quite nice to have nice boba spot in my neighborhood. As a real Chinese girl drinking boba growing up, I’m pretty happy with every experience with ShareTea. This time, I ordered a winter melon milk tea with less sugar. It is still really sweet. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for no auger added. I had to wait a friend for lunch for one hour, so I just waited in the store. It is nice, they are okay to dine in right now. So I am able to sit inside to wait. The only thing I would like to give a suggestion is, their music and TV is too loud, I barely can hear the staff when I ordered my tea. I had to almost shout to let her hear clearly of what I ordered. ?
Always has the best tasting tea and boba that me and my friends can enjoy. Absolute delight.
I go here a lot because it's such a good place! They have so much to choose from and all the drinks are so good! I highly recommend the taro ice blended, the oreo ice blended, and the coffee ice blended! Also, this place is the only place i've seen that can put ice cream on top.
