Each and every Shack has been great and especially One Paseo in Del Mar!!! Our only complaint is that there isn’t one near us in Murrieta/Temecula but definitely worth the drive!!! If I had a negative is that they no longer sell their Concretes which were a great dessert to complete a great meal.

So first let me say I am a huge supporter of businesses with great customer service, and sadly Great customer service is something that has disappeared for most businesses.Yesterday I ordered at the shake shack in one paseo and the experience was good as we ordered a gluten-free burger with bun and fries from my son to go. When we got home we discovered that we were given the completely wrong burger and it was on a gluten bun.I called the store and was put in touch with a manager who apologized and started to remake the order so it would be ready when I got to the store. When I walked in the store, the employee who bagged our order approached me and apologized profusely, the gentleman who took our order apologized as did the manager. I was issued a refund and was given coupons for a future visit.I know this was only a $12 order (burger and fries) but this store and all of their employees made us feel valued and simply took responsibility for the mistake versus blaming someone else. Unfortunately in the world we live today, many stores and their employees do not take ownership when mistakes happen, but I can tell you that the shake shack at one paseo did exactly that. As a small business owner, we understand mistakes happen. It's what you do in the moments that they do happen that makes all the difference.Five stars for Shake Shack in One Paseo and all of their employees.

Nice place to eat inside of a nice complex full of restaurants. Had a burger, fries, custard, and chicken nuggets. The nuggets and the custard were above average and everything else was good. The place could have been a little cleaner but overall a good meal.

First time at this Shake Shack location. It was not crowded when I ate at 1 on a Thursday. Nice outdoor seating area, inside is fine, ample free parking in the One Paseo lot. Workers seemed very efficient.

Best burgers and great service!

We tried it once after visiting the dog beach on a whim and loved it. This is absolutely the best burger I have ever had. We know go to the dog beach really to just go here because its over an hour away. They have outdoor seating and welcome dogs it seems so it is perfect for us. Please open one in Temecula!

Excellent food, great customer service, plenty of seating options, and even ordering and food delivery at nearby Harland brewery. Very kid friendly and seating areas are kept very clean. Parking is very close by and easy to find a spot.

My first time I tried Shake Shack was in New York and it’s so good. Now trying Shake Shack, San Diego. This time I had Shroom Shack I like it’s crunchiness, Chicken Bites with honey sauce, Cheese Fries & Strawberry Shake, I do love them because they’re not too salty and sweet. I used the computer inside for my order, few minutes later got a text that my food are ready! I’m impressed for the fast service. I definitely try their different items in the future.

The burger was perfectly prepared and tasty, it was just very small. The fries were very good and adequate in quantity. The restaurant itself is very neat and clean. The crew was constantly in motion wiping things down. I can see why this is a popular restaurant. It just want worth $32 for 2 single burgers, (nothing special added) 2 fries and 2 shakes, thus 4 stars.

The truffle burger in lettuce wrap (no bread) was great. Great service too. Convenient electronic kiosks for ordering. Ping pong table to pass some time.
