Always love their root beer, food is great. Fries are fresh, and crispy. Store are always being cleaned, and the team members are friendly expect one or two persons. Had one incident that they forgot the avocado in my avocado burger. And I asked them about it, they said they are out of avocado? But then one of the team member brought it out for me after ?.Second thing is that one of the cashiers were kind giving attitude in the front. I understand that it was getting to closing time and you were busy, still. Anyways, overall it has been a great experience. Thank you!
The burgers and food here are absolutely amazing!! The prices do lean on the higher side for what I am comfortable with but definitely a place worth checking out if you have never been for both their burgers and shakes!
Ordered two burgers fries and a drink. I knew they were busy so we sat outside and waited patiently about 25 minutes. Go inside to check the order after we saw people who ordered after us got their food. The worker was nice and apologized and said they were having worker shortages. Went back outside and waited another 15 mins saw more people get their food. Go inside and they said someone brought it out so I go outside and they brought out someone else's order. Now it feels like they're playing with me. Manager comes out and apologizes with zero explanation. I waited almost an hour for two burgers while 10 people were served ahead of me. Don't balme worker shortage on disorganization since the place appeared fully staffed.
It's not as good as In N Out. Sure it has more options but none of them are as good. It's also way more expensive. Still it's a nice change of pace especially in a shopping mall and better than Burger King or other fast food options.This particular location has a terrible design where the fountain drinks are behind the counter so you have you wait for staff to get it for you. Not only that, but to get to the other side of the counter even the staff has to take this circuitous route around the back. The One Paseo location is better in that regard.
Overall enjoyed my meal. The manager gave us free food coupons once he learned I forgot to use my $15 coupon. I found their shake special a bit sweet and rich side but was pretty full from my burger and fries. I tried their signature beer that was ok but a tad hoppy for my taste.
I love shake shack delicious veggie burger..No need for meat or anything. . Well, maybe a shake.. cuz who says no to that. .- Place felt a bit different of other shake shack locations - a bit chaotic when you order and inside.. for this specific location it took them forever to get our food and didn't even got All of our order, sitting outside is extremely recommended, unless you want to feel overwhelmed with noise and people yelling to the staff about their late order . .
Fries were good!! the buffalo chicken burger was delicious. I didn't like the shake burger so much though, it didn't really have any flavor.
3rd time in a row I threw out my supper from here. Absolutely disgusting. New avocado burger not even edible the avocado pieces made the whole sandwich fall apart never got 1 bite with avocado because it was just too big and would fall out. New buffalo fries A. not buffalo flavor at all. B. There was more seasoning than fries making them gross and not edible. We decided as a family just never going back. Total waste of money
We forgot our face masks by accident. Probably because we aren’t sick, and have good immunity right now. We waited in line for 10 minutes. We made it up to the front to be told we couldn’t order if we didn’t have face masks. Most places have extra face masks in hand if the care about their customers. These shake shack people obviously don’t care-they just kicked us out. I will not be going there again. We went to the food court, and they happily took our business.
First time trying after hearing good things. Glad to report that I was pleasantly surprised! Service was very quick despite being full and the burgers/fries were excellent! Perfect 5/7
