Relaxed natural vibe. Delicious food. Little pricey but what isn't right now. Hubs and mom said their burgers were delicious. I had the portobello mushroom burger, so good! Chocolate funnel cake shake, YUM. Staff was super pleasant and helpful.
Yumm!! I was visiting from out of the area and looking for something I don't have near me. I've been craving a good burger, and this definitely hit the spot! I got the smoke shack (without the peppers) So good! Ordered the bacon cheese fries on a whim, so glad I did! They were hot and fresh with plenty of sauce! Parking is definitely tight with so many places reserved for other businesses, but I did find a spot out on the street. Would definitely come back if I was going I be in the area.
Let me start off by saying that my wife and I are HUGE Shack fans! But this location leave a lot to be desired…. My wife and daughter went there about two weeks ago and weren’t impressed at all but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and since we were headed to IKEA in San Diego decided to give it another try. First impressions were terrible. Lots of employees just standing around watching one person assemble the burgers as it appears that nothing was being cooked to order. Our food was warm at best and fries were cool. With that said, we should have went to the Paseo location in Del Mar and then headed further south though it would be out of the way, we have never been disappointed there. Avoid this location!!!
I had the Chick'n Shack and it was very tasty! I also had one of their milkshakes chocolate and vanilla and it was also very good . They have a very nice outside patio.
Awesome, tasty cheese burgers, great buns, pickles, fries. The cashier was helpful and friendly. For the number of employees working, one would think the tables and bathroom would be clean, but we had to ask someone to wipe off our table (she was nice about it). The handicap bathroom door lock was broken and the floor looked like there was urine on it. The stall next to me had urine on the seat. Overall, great food, but could have used some friendly enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Great tasting burgers here especially the shroom burger! Nicely cooked, just the right juiciness and portions and the shakes are always a winner. You gotta try the cheese fries, so yummy!
I enjoyed my shack burger single and fries. The food was surprisingly still warm when I got home 45 minutes later. I of course ate the fries before departing the restaurant parking lot as nothing is worse than cold fries and did not want to risk since I knew I would be delayed with traffic. I also got the chicken sandwich that came with a bacon jam that my wife thought was tasty. She enjoyed her kiwi lemonade as well. The only con is parking is limited but I was lucky and beat the crowd that came into the restaurant shortly after I placed my orders. I was also excited to use my coupons that kept my out of pocket expense to around three dollars.
Came here for lunch and was happy with my experience overall. It was a bit more speedy because I got a beer, a double shake shack burger and a chicken burger. I couldn’t finish it all but I wanted to try beef and chicken.The atmosphere is nice and attractive, clean and friendly, open and casual.Food was nice and fresh, though the burger was a bit oily.That’s literally the only reason for the knock of a star. For what it is, it slaps.
Absolutely fantastic burgers! I love the food and the service was beyond 10/10. I was in and out of the restaurant in less than 30 seconds. I cannot recommend this chain and location highly enough. They make me wish we had locations up in Seattle
What can I say? Shake shack is shake shack. They have amazing food and great service. The shack burger is always awesome. The chicken shack is good. The shroom burger is great for the vegetarians out there and their root beer floats are how root beer floats should taste. Now combine that with a service team that is amazing and you just can’t go wrong.
