Geof was extremely knowledgeable, a plethora of information, most importantly delicious and smooth spirits. Would recommend 10/10 from hobbyist to connoisseur. If you're in the area get his maple syrup too!

This was truly one of the most delightful spirit tastings I have ever done. All of the spirits were delicious and Geoff’s descriptions of the products and his process were fantastic. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with him about the drinks and more, our hour flew by! I would highly recommend this private tasting experience - if you aren’t a gin or rum drinker you will be after enjoying these!
We booked a tasting and I’m so glad we did! I consider Geoff on his way to being the most interesting person alive, with great stories and incredible talent for distilling and making cocktails. He helped me learn the different layers of some common cocktails and showed off some of his unique creations…all of which I loved. This is a fantastic operation, run by an awesome dude! A unique experience unlike any other! Geoff's incredible blends and vision on pairing new flavors is amazing!! He takes the time to explain the why's and how to's in crafting the perfect cocktail with his blends. His blends take the classics to a whole new level! An experience to create new memories with your "adult" family or a great date night, you will go away with a whole new appreciation and knowledge of not only the distillation processes but the passion behind the craft!
