I've been here a couple times, but forgot why i didn't like it the first time. Basically, for 15 dollars they are stingy on the scoops, sauce and toppings. Ended up with lots of dry rice because the sauce wasn't enough, they will gladly charge more for extra though. When asking for your toppings they keep asking if you're done, trying to get you to stop after 4 toppings.
Fresh ingredients and creative homemade sauces! I paired my poke bowls with lychee lemonade, super refreshing!
The place gives me a storage vibe because they have tons of boxes along the walls and it’s always dim with no lighting. It’s been over a year and still looks the same. Almost unwelcoming.Steps:Choose your base (white rice / brown rice/salad / chips)Choose size ($11.95 regular 3 protein or $13.95 large 5 protein)Choose fish (shrimp/ salmon / tuna / spicy tuna / albacore / octopus / baby scallops/ tofu)Choose your sauce and toppings. First sauce is free, $0.60 additional.I did brown rice, regular (tuna, salmon, albacore), garlic OG sauce that they marinated with the fish. For toppings I got tomatoes, edamame, scoop of imitation crab, cucumber, scallions, furikake, ginger and topped it off with another sauce. The menu doesn’t show a charge for extra toppings. It’s just a list so it almost seems like it’s unlimited? But then there’s a hand written paper that says you get a serving of each topping and additional scoop would be $1. Avocado is $1.I enjoyed my bowl and portion. Tasted fresh and the extra sauce on top was much needed so that it wasn’t dry. My bf got hot Cheetos crunch as a topping. I would recommend that to give it an extra crunch.
Management here is horrible, unfortunately this is the only poke shop in the area. The food tastes good. Portions are way smaller than Poki 1 and half. They charge 1$ for anything extra including spicy sauce. I would not recommend. This shop will lose clientele fast!!!!
Everything tasted fresh and their jicama kimchee is delicious. O tables inside but they have 3 tables right outside on the side walk. A bit off when cars are parking really close to you but you can always do takeout.
I will literally never go anywhere else for poke again! the portion of food that you get for the price of $12 is more than double what you get at any other poke place for at least $15. the amount of toppings, add-ons, and all other sorts of things as well as drinks and desserts to choose from are unparalleled. I am going to be having lunch here all the time now .
Amazing Poke!! Fresh, flavorful and really good quantity for the price. Will definitely order again!
The food was ok, nothing special. The ingredients seem fresh, they have a strict mask policy and only three customers allowed in the store at a time. They are extremely frugal and charge you extra for anything you want to add. You want a little more sauce... $0.60... want a little more rice? You can't. You have to buy a whole nother bowl. Can't say I would recommend this place to anyone I'd say it's worth trying another place.
Started going here because it was close to my old work site. Still coming here because they can't be beat for the taste and price. Always fresh and good portions. Don't miss out on their selection of fresh drinks as well.
Absolutely In disbelief with your customer service behavior! I called to speak to a manager nothing bad at all, just to see if this location is hiring; I get told “no” then the clerk hung up in my face! How RUDEEE! Not only did I changed my mind of ever considering working there, it makes me not want to ever order there too. If I got treated that way over the phone, I could imagine just how I’ll get treated in the restaurant.
