We went for lunch we've been here many times before the service was satisfactory but the server was overwhelmed. They need more help. The food was just very average and quiet below what we had experienced before. And we were served wine that was passed and should have been removed from our bill but wasn't. Both my mother and my husband tried the wine before we complained about it noticed it was a poor quality. In addition to mediocre food prep prices went up substantially.
The two entrées we shared had full bodied aromas and were delightfully delicious especially when paired with a nice Chardonnay. Wow! This was a surprise luncheon date with my lovely wife and I sure scored! We picked a table at the far end of the restaurant where the food emerges from the kitchen; it made our Server (Bella) much more accessible. When you come here to eat, ask for Bella; not only was she conversant and opinionated about everything on the menu, she checked on us VERY frequently, and she always had an indefatigable and genuinely charming smile. I ordered the Mushroom Orzitto which had generous portions of wild mushrooms, mascarpone, truffle oil, and a huge dollop of tasty Romano; and it waft a wonderful aroma that said MANGIA! Please ??
We've been ordering take out at this place thru' the pandemic and that 's only because ..the food is decent and it's close by. Their wait times, be it online orders or in-house dining, are ridiculously long. They have a very limited vegetarian menu and if you order the kids meal for a pick up, they usually do not give you the paid-for kids drink, unless you ask for it!Poor management maybe??
I recently found this place and think it's underrated. I like the quality and taste of ingredients. I like the staff too. Unique pizza style, recommend ask for light cheese. Good salads, sides, and pasta. Good vibe inside. I will say the prices seem a bit high however. I think a fair rating of this place is closer to 4.5.
Food is good, but the wait staff isn't ready for large groups of 10 or more guests. No signs of management on the floor either.
Food was very mediocre…not enough staff
Food was good (okay for me, my colleague said very good); however service wasn't. Employees seemed lost, delivery was astronomically late. I believe food came about 50 minutes to an hour after we ordered. Yes, we had a group of 15 people but still its late. And in my opinion it's a little more expensive, compared to a few other similar restaurants nearby. Overall a good place to come in an office lunch with colleagues.

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have gotten food poisoning! We had the Grilled Shrimp Salad! I'm going to contact the health dept. They must not be cleaning their food properly! I thought we'd get it other try after being so sick a couple of years ago, because I love the taste of that salad! No one even answers the phone when you call either! I don't know how they're still in business!
