The meal was delicious and the service was fine. The only reason I did not give it top marks was because it was rather rushed yet they were not all that busy. If we hadnât ordered the entree until after we were done with the appetizer, we would have been out of there in a half hour. Staff was very friendly and gave us a free dessert for a special occasion.

We havenât been to Royâs in a long time, and were excited about coming back. The service was fine, but the food was less than mediocre, and truly disappointing. Not sure if itâs because of the in hotel location, but the âcorporateâ feel was overwhelming. Most of our dishes arrived cold, and while the plates looked somewhat like we remembered, the tastes were not. Was the Royâs Tuna Poke always 80% cucumber?

Our wait person was very attentive and food was delicious. Tables and chairs outside were to close to each otherâ¦the person behind keep bumping me, finally as i was getting up to depart for the evening i gave a good bump backð
The food took a long time to come out and instead of getting our salad before the main meal. They brought it out with dinner.
The Royâs ambiance that I recall from several years ago has certainly changed. It no longer felt like a special night out but simply another place to dine. Our server Coby was the best part of the experience.

Very disappointed by the quality and taste of the food. We started with the Lobster Popstickers, which were overly fried, dry and under seasoned . I ordered the Sea Bass and it was under seasoned, not fresh. My boyfriend ordered the Shellfish Sampler and it was also not fresh and under seasoned, the mashed potatoes were definitely âmicrowaveâ. The whole dinner was completed overpriced. We ordered 4 drinks and a dessert and walked out spending $200. Never againâ¦
