Very nice restaurant, we were lucky to get a table for 2 while the place is so busy! Service was excellent and people are friendly and fast, food is Delicious and the place is clean and sitting outside was excellent choiceWe ordered crepe and Mediterranean omelette baked in oven. I can’t say that the food was the best we ever had but it’s Good enough to come back to try other optionsThe apple juice was the best we have ever tried though

Food was delicious. Service was horrible. It came off like I was an inconvenience being there an hour and twenty minutes before close. Every time I thought a staff member was coming to check on me they instead chose to pick up thing around me. I went to the nearby Ralph’s for a drink after I left because no refills were given offered. Rolling eyes and making faces around customers is unacceptable. I respect our service workers, as I’m a hardworking person myself, treating me that way is unforgivable and unfortunate. Perhaps this is the new standard of service for your establishment. Hopefully others have better service experiences that I did. It seemed like the customers who showed up after me near closing time surely did.

On my last morning before I headed to the airport for the flight home, I decided to go to Richard's Walker's Pancake house for breakfast. I had seen many positive reviews and decided to check it out. I heard it can get crowded in a hurry, so I arrived around and got seated around 6:45am and sure enough a few minutes later, lots of people began to show up. I had the two eggs and bacon breakfast with blueberry pancakes and the meal was delicious. I wished I would have visited this place more to try other items on the menu. I definitely recommend this place.

This is probably a 5 star joint if you like sweet breakfast. The savory dishes my partner and I ordered were not horrible but not great either. The hollandaise was sweet, which tasted hella weird and I did not enjoy it. The waitstaff were all really chill, the service was better than the savory dishes.

We ate breakfast here on our first day in San Diego. The portions were generous, the food was very tasty (the bacon was great!), and the service was very good. We were able to eat outside which was nice. They don't have gluten free bread, but they do offer gluten free pancakes which is a nice change. Enjoy a great meal here!

My husband and I had breakfast at this restaurant on June 1st and the food was fresh, flavorful and simply delicious. We shared a pecan baked pancake and it was amazing. I had a vegetarian baked omelet and he had the baked western omelet. Both were very good. The food was served hot and the coffee was delicious also. This place would be worth while addition to your schedule!

The menu is large and varied and includes vegan options. My hash browns were dry and burnt, and my over medium eggs were slightly undercooked. The cherry pancakes were soft and fluffy with a syrup with dark cherry flavor that was not overly sweet. The coffee was tasty although the cream was ever so slightly curdled. Service was excellent. This place is just kinda "meh"; I certainly wouldn't stand in line for it.

Make sure you go with an empty stomach. The pan cakes are awesome and some are as big as a medium pizza and more filling. The "Danish Harvest" is like a huge meal. We shared Half Pecan pancake and had it for dessert. The Swedish Pan Cake is also excellent and so is the coffee and service.

Having read a number of really positive reviews on this restaurant I decided I'd try this for breakfast while in San Diego. Given it was a Sunday morning I wasn't surprised we had to wait for a seat, but the wait wasn't too long. What the staff do well though is check how many were in the group - it's easier getting a table if you are a couple or a small group. The choice of food itself was good and the quality of a really good standard. As per the norm when visiting the US, the portions were massive - something which takes a bit of getting used to in comparison to Europe. We had a mixture of omelettes and pancakes, all of which were really tasty and filling. They were good, if not exceptional. The service was also pretty good, with attentive staff and relatively short waiting times despite how busy the restaurant was. Overall, given it 5 stars, though in truth probably a 4.5. Definitely worth a visit though as arguably the best breakfast restaurant I've visited in San Diego.

I had the German pancake and it was so good, I went back the next day to try the apple pancake. Both were out of this world. Highly recommend!
