One of my favorite vendors at the farmers market in Old Town. The Sambusas are full of spice and are delicious. Will always come back for more.

This is my favorite vendor at the UCSD farmer's market and I've been going there since I was in college and now as a staff member. I missed them during the pandemic as the UCSD farmer's market has been shut down, but imagine my delight when I found out they deliver! I got various flavors of the cook at home variety, which get hand delivered pre-cooked and frozen, with detailed instructions on how to heat them up. I'm so happy to have these on hand for a quick bite to eat while I work from home, and I'll be ordering again as soon as I run out, because these are sooo delicious! Don't ask me what my favorite flavor is, because it's all of them, including the vegan ones (and I am far from vegan)!
Delicious...... We just found them today at the Temecula farmers market. We picked up some lentil sambusas and potatoes sambusas. Both are Vegan which is awesome. They also have Vegan spinach ones. First off the gentleman working the booth was super friendly and helpful. He took time to ask what method we would be cooking them and offered instructions. We air fried them and they are super flakey. Most importantly is the flavor. The fillings taste amazing. They are seasoned to perfection. We ate 18 of them like they were our last meal. Now I just need to figure out how to get them sent to Las Vegas.
Amazing Sambusas! Tried their beef, chicken, potato and spinach versions and all were flavorful and of wonderful consistency. I highly recommend this company.
