We love this store! The food is amazing and cake taste great! I gave it three starts because their online ordering system in unreliable. I ordered a dedication cake prior to our event to make sure we have it ready and asked my brother to pick it up. They gave us the wrong cake size and we were embarassed to our guests because we werent able to serve the cake to 30 people.

Brazo de Mercedes roll wasn’t like a usual roll. It wasn’t creamy as it looks. The white cream wasn’t taste or feel like cream (Marshmallow feel). It simply wasn’t my taste. I was looking for an alternative for PB but I got disappointed. Maybe try one more time another of their products as there are so many good comments about them.
The Yema Caramel cake is delicious
Placed my order for pick up.........she answered the phone right away.....once we get there....not too bad of a wait.....our order were ready.....their palabok is very delicious and better than jollibee's palabok......Kind a pricey but worth it......their mamon(sponge cake) is also delicious.....cashier was very friendly....she is an asset to the company.....most likely will buy more palabok at red ribbon....highly recommended to try and taste their palabok! A+++++++!+
The cakes that are available are the ones in the glass show, but they have some amazing cakes. This will probably turn me into a regular here.
The designs are so cute, not just for kids, but also for adults. The cupcakes are so good and the place is so comfortable. The surroundings are also very clean.
