Everything was good. The steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare as requested. The cocktails had a good kick. The service was outstanding. The prices, very reasonable. Dark lighting for a very old school, traditional steak house vibe. I loved sitting in the booth with my date, perfect seating with both of us having a nice view of the restaurant, a little romantic.
A new address but it still has the atmosphere of the old location. Was very busy for a Tuesday night, but managed to get a table with just moments of waiting. Opening with some stiff but yet balanced drinks. Beer selection is small but still very good, with something for everyone, even O'douls. Service is friendly and they try to be attentive even though they may be stretched a little thin, they still provide a smile and accommodate. The steak was cooked as I asked with a good amount of juice and char. It was thick and not tough. My wife's burger had a nice buttery bun and tasty seasoned party. Loved our dinner, and music started filling the air at 7:30 sharp. A must try to those that enjoyed the old location.
They're backkkk!! And the food was as great as before .and the service was even better!!! Amazing, get rid of the beehives and fishnets, and they've got at least one super good server there.Put olives on your fingers and try to convince them to start taking reservations again. Best steaks in town.... Take THAT Ruth's Chris.. you never once gave me a black olive!
The Red Fox Room has finally reopened! I’ve been excited to check it out again after having such great experiences at the old location. Despite the austere and bland exterior, they didn’t miss a beat in recreating the old world ambiance that existed in the old location. The bar was comfortable and the live music was just great!I ordered a medium rare prime rib, baked potato, and salad. My partner had the New York cut with rice pilaf, and a salad. The salads were topped with a house made blue cheese dressing that was delicious.Unfortunately the steaks were very underwhelming for both of us. My ribeye was no more than a half inch thick and well beyond medium rare. I hate to say this but I’ve gotten better steaks at Sizzler. My partner’s New York cut, ordered medium, was much more rare than my sliver of ribeye. Both steaks, however, were heavily seared resulting in an overpoweringly acrid flavor. I’m no fan of steak sauce. But A1 was the only thing that could mask the charred taste. The potato and rice were tasty. For dessert we split a slice of Bailey’s cheesecake. It was flavorful and they didn’t slack on the Bailey’s.I appreciate that they’ve just opened in a new location with new staff and routines after quite a bit of time closed. And in this peri pandemic world we are in with skyrocketing food costs and supply chain issues I somewhat understand the miserly ribeye I was served. But I feel that for patrons who are willing to spend $150+ for dinner, a more sizable portion at a higher price point wouldn’t be a turn off. Sadly, if it weren’t for my past pleasant experiences with them, I probably wouldn’t go back. Fingers crossed they get back into their old groove.
Quite dark inside, could barely see the famous décor. I’ve had Ribeye all over the country and this was the first one that was less than a half-inch thick, and was quite small. Ordered medium rare but it came medium or more. Flavor was “ok”, nothing special. Our friends both ordered filet mignon, one rare and one well done. The well done filet was obviously NOT a filet, but our friend didn’t want to call them out.Disappointed all around.

Friendly service and good steaks!
The staff was super friendly. They seated us almost immediately upon entry. The drinks were fenominal and anything we needed from a waiter did not take long at all. 10/10 plus complimentary garlic bread with your salad!!
Loved this place. Can’t wait to come back
Well, its finally open ! We high expectations there were no disappointments. Chris our server returns after being there for years along with his mom who's been there for 20 so still the family vibe with the old steak house feel. . Its beautiful inside. I had the ribeye and you could use a butter knife to cut it. We arrived at 4 on a Friday and within the hour there was a waiting list to be seated. Unfortunately no reservations yet or take out. They're still getting their feet wet but Chris says they hope to provide both soon.
