Celebrated Father’s Day with Caesar salads and the bacon (thick, tender pork belly drizzled in delicious sauce)for starters. We then shared ‘’The Associate” (wagyu meat board) and added the 16 oz ribeye as our server suggested. Each cut of meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Most definitely some of the best steak I’ve tasted and will be back for more! For sides we had the creamed spinach and ravioli. Both of which were delicious. To top off such a wonderful meal, we shared the butter cake, which was so warm, moist, and decadent!

The food here is delicious! I'd definitely recommend going with a group so you can sample as many menu items as possible.Highlight for me include the parker house rolls, beef tartare, and both the sampler boards. Also make sure to get a pork chop!!

A wonderful discovery last week that I have been thinking about all week. Rare Society's happy hour might be my new favorite spot in town with an incredible bistro burger that has to be experienced again. The daiquiris are also incredible, and make for a perfect summer afternoon.

Such an amazing dinning experience! Steak tartare was delicious and The Associate was probably enough to feed three people. First glance at the menu, I thought the Rare Old Fashioned was a bit pricey, but after enjoying one, it was well worth the money.

Stumbled upon Rare Society while searching for dinner reservations for a special dinner in San Diego. The service was absolutely impeccable and the food was amazing. The interior of the restaurant is stunning. The steak was cooked perfect and the sides were delicious. You just try the truffle rolls. Drinks were great as well.

Great restaurant, loved how fresh the food is. I'd recommend the burger during happy hour, definitely worth it. The creamy mashed potatoes is something. Great customer service and fast service. Order didn't take long time and utensils and napkins were provided. Must try when you are in the area. Next time will try the steaks. Happy hour menu is available 5-6 PM

Thurs 5pm:Absolutely phenomenal service and food. We decided to go with a few of the appetizers. We got the bread, bacon and the tartar. Then we decided to go with the associate great choice as a recommendation by our server. We also ordered the brussel sprouts, the potatos, the raviolis and finally the mushrooms. The one thing that I really want to say is that our waiter was so darn attentive. He was very knowledgeable in everything that he served (passionate even), we almost ordered dessert (and now I'm kicking myself I didn't get the butter cake) because he was so fantastic. But frankly we were so stuffed we took so much food home. We way over did it.My favorite drink for the night was called "tiki" I believe. Killer flavor!I've dined at Anime, Born and Raised Cowboy Star, Stake and Stk. All of those are comparable to what we had tonight but what I really love is that they served that sampler tray, (called the associates) and that's one of my favorite things... A sample of everything. One thing was that I couldn't believe how much meat it came with (20+ oz) .....we took home so much.. The wagyu was absolutely delicious. My hubby loved the filet the most. (And me the wagu). But what I really enjoyed is that they gave you their (3) popular sauces with it. They don't play the up charge game like almost every single other place does.I'm not a huge fan of the sauces, I'm all about the salt and frankly what really surprised me is that they salted it perfectly for my taste, and I was not longing for more..

The service and food was impeccable!! If you are a steak connoisseur, you have to try this place. A bit pricey but it’s worth it. Delicious steak and the best oysters I have had.

Out for date night with my sister and we made reservations hoping the reviews were honest. Not only were they honest, I think they were a little shy to say just how fabulous Rare Society is!! We split the Associate (Wagyu, yummmmmy) and added two wonderful sides. The truffle spinach and whipped potatoes!! Every bite was just as good as the first. Pete and Petey (hopefully spelled correctly) made us feel welcome and comfortable, just like going to your friends house!! We will be back!

Our first time here. AMAZING food, service and experience. Steven helped suggest & arrange our menu for 12. Mariah, Carlos and Manny were our servers, very hard workers and paying attention to each detail, Excellent service. Very nice kitchen staff who kept bringing out our food, nice and hot. Super clean restrooms. Be sure to go in hungry and save room for their Butter Cake. Also, I forgot to mention Taryn the event planner who got the ball rolling for this gathering. She was very informative and patient. Could not have turned out as well as it did without her. Thank you all.
