I come here quite often, since it's near the base, to eat and this is by far the most INEFFECTIVE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE everytime. From the 30 plus minute wait for a small order to the fact that the employees have no clue what's going on to the fact that the cooks seem to not understand what should be cooked. Where is a manager? The only way for this place to get their stuff together is by constant supervision by a competent authority ??♀️
I have only used the drive-thru to get food. During dinner time starting at 4pm long line, service is very slow, parking lot very small, if you decide to park when you come out the drive thru line is long then you can't get out of your spot. Customer service is good sometimes, they have much room for improvement. Everytime I get food they have at least one thing they forget to provide. Sometimes it's the flatware, or sauce. Or they give you 4pieces when you paid for 5pieces of chicken, needless to say check everything before you drive away. It's very frustrating to get home and order is incorrect. Dont get their new nuggets it's all batter, with a very small piece of chicken in the middle, not worth any money. If you need any extra sauce be ready to pay .50cents per extra sauce. I only keep going there because it's the last fast food place option before I get home.
I like how these retarded fast food workers can’t get one order right every time. Good luck to their future jobs if they can’t get one order right, then they have no future
So... I was told by others that the people are usually rude and do not carry the products I have asked for. I have been told they are slow and don't care about their customers. My experience there differs completely. Not only did they have my products, but they also switched them out to make sure I was happy. This is a great service to me. They seemed to be a happy-ish bunch who tried to be as fast as fried chicken can be. It took a few minutes longer than I thought, but, that was because I ordered fresh shrimp. Yes, I do plan on giving them more business.
Guy wasnt very friendly.. but order was rite.. super slow , no line & still took while for order but always a wait there.. food great !!?? Thxx,
The menu is all over the place, the cashier is rushing and don’t explain the meal, and of course she got me the wrong order. $15 for 3 small chicken strips and a mash potato ? They went crazy, I haven’t had Popeyes in 4 years and I’ll keep going without it, no problem.
If I could give no stars I would, this lady is so rude with customers. Me and my mother went in to order and noticed a long line. The first thing the woman behind the counter stated was that they had not taken a break and that by law they need to take one which I definitely understand. However the tone and face she was making towards us was very rude. We walked out and about 4 people walked out as well. By this time there was only 2 people inside Popeyes. My mother asked me if I could ask the lady about how long the wait would be if we decided to wait. We open the door to go inside and ask her, she gives us a face expression of her being very annoyed with us for coming back in. She once again tell us "I already told yall that the wait is gonna be veryyyy longgg" at this point I turn to my mother and tell her "mom im sorry about this but the lady is giving us attitude because we came back in lets just take our business elsewhere". It was honestly embarrassing that she was making us feel unwanted in there. I have worked in fast food "Subway" and had similar situations happen to me various times and not once did I become disrespectful to the customers. I always wanted to make sure that customers knew that I was always doing my best to get to them as soon as I could. Customer service this lady provides is horrible. Im very disappointed and will never return to this popeyes I will take my business to Churchs if I have too.
When its that one lady its like the whole restaurant stalls but when its the other nice lady its better and faster. Every other hour and every other day you’re served in like a minute or maybe even two. When its not you’re waiting 40 minutes in a crowded tiny space, even if clearly they’ve already got cooked food of your order. IDK the wait shouldnt be so long all things considering.
Never again! Multiple times they don’t cook the chicken right it’s undercooked. They take forever and bad customer service. Didn’t even wanna give me my refund for the undercooked chicken just said they would make me new ones.
Great taste, food was hot and spicy, costumer service was very professional and courteous
