Normally, my order is correct. But today...with only 3 cars in line...my order was not correct. I go to this Popeyes because it's convenient, for the prices...I can make my own Camilia's brand Red Beans and Rice (And Chicken). Come on...you can do better! At @$45 Check the order please. I shouldn't have to.
This popeyes sucks the workers go on break on the same time and on the mean time only 3 people are working and the one black guy is slow is f , slower than a old turtle never going back there.is to bad coz I loved that chicken.
Have you seen these prices?I wanted to try the new fish sandwich because I was across the street getting my hair done. I haven't eaten at Popeyes in 3 years and the commercials make the sandwiches look pretty lickin' good. I was pricey astounded. And I eat out about four times a week.Look at my pics. Magnify them! Unbelievable! A 16pc of chicken with sides and biscuits $47 dollars not including tax. Honestly, this is a modern day sham. Do you know how many places a family could eat or have more than one meal at $47 dollars. Costco sells whole rotisserie chickens at $5 bucks and healthier. Albertsons has an entire chicken piece family meal deal for $10 bucks and the chicken is actually good.Here at Popeye's the drive-thru and walk-in is always packed. Always slow. And non-accommodating. You can enter the drive-thru two different ways which occurs a parking lot jam. If you are parked and eating inside you can possibly get stuck because the drive thru cars are blocking your car. I am beside myself that the community patrons this business with such unfair pricing and gouging. It's Popeye's good people.I actually didn't purchase and left because the prices are laughable and offensive. I got moolah.I just didn't want to be financially abused.
I always like my poppeyes experiences and this time was a aptly as all the other. Excellent. Got the 3 thighs , a side of mash and gravy, a basket and you guessed it. Had to get the sweet ice tea again. Very good. I think even if I had a poor experience that the food is so good that it wouldn't even matter but the service is always good to. Yummmmm.
Placed order on the app. It was raining so I decided to pick up order thru the drive thru. I got a text that order will be ready at 700. I was at the window at 707pm. My order wasn't ready. I was told to come in. My order was on the front counter. It WAS ready and I didn't need to come in. Got home and order was cold. I live less than 5 minutes away. And the prices has skyrocketed. NEVER GOING BACK!!!
1st time coming here and I regret it. They didn’t give me receipt ( need to reimburse my food & I needed receipt to do that). Chicken was hard and no sauce . Food isn’t good. Drive thru takes a long time per car. The employees were arguing when I got to the pickup window. Will never go there again.
One of the best chicken spot to get your eat on. Love the blackened tenders. But i gave it a four star because the drive thru is been a problem the way they design. Once people start to show up traffic gets back up, blocks people that are parked who wants leave or just to pass thru will impossible.
I really like the food here but the staff are very slow to take care of people who come in . the drive thru gets all there attention and I have always had to Wait at least 10-15 minutes and I'll be the only person inside they seem friendly when they wait on you but it's getting them to come deal with you .
The customer service was terrible. The food is expensive. My order was incorrect. There were a lot of complaints not just from myself. I know they can do better.
I'd ordered the Tuesday Special; two pieces for $2.99. The leg was cold, and the thigh was much warmer, but not fresh at all! ??
