I usually don’t do this but I have to give the one star but if I could I would do a 1/2 star. I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo battered which are usually great but today the batter on chicken was still raw. I gave it to the manager told her I was good didn’t want anything and they didn’t even offer me me monies back. Wow my last time coming to Popeyes chicken. Hope I don’t get sick so be careful on what you eat… BECAREFULL!
Ordered on the app about 20 minutes before I arrived at the restaurant.Went to the drive thru (my full size van didn't really fit but I stuffed through).The female that answered the drive-thru had the personality of a wet cardboard box.I told her I was there to pick up my order from the mobile app and gave her my name.After about 2 minutes she comes back on the speaker and says can you pull around and come back inside because it's not ready.I head inside and some woman who had arrived in the parking lot behind me came rushing past to make sure she got to the counter first. That's okay I'm probably going to live longer than her anyway. ?Once at the counter, my order was not ready and the cashier had to go back and make the sandwich because the other four people in the kitchen were apparently too lazy to do anything. Other customers had been shorted on food and we're waiting for their orders to be completed and nobody in the kitchen seem to be in a rush to do anything but lean on the counters.Then I'm told they don't have any cookies. At least the cashier was nice enough to substitute an apple pie. That's the only reason they got two stars instead of one.The manager of this location was murdered several years ago in the restaurant. You have to wonder if it was the attitude of the employees that really caused it.
Ordered from the app, when I got to the drive thru I was told to park and come inside. Once inside I waited 40 minutes and my order was not up yet. I left and asked for a refund thru the customer service phone number.
I placed an order on UberEats and they led me to believe that it was in process. Even received a delivery time. During my lunch time. When it was close to being delivery time, I received a notice that my order had been cancelled. When I called to try to find out, they said "we weren't open when you placed your order. Go ahead and place it again."On what planet would I want to trust them with another order when their irresponsibility (not shutting off UberEats when closed) already led me to lose my lunch time and no food?
I like chicken sandwich and the red beans and rice. Since I don't eat too much fried foods, when I do get a taste for fried chicken, Popeyes definitely hits the spot.
We have never been to this location decided to go to the lobby and eat but after waiting more than 10 min employee finally walks up to ask what we want to order after requesting fresh fries says he can do that and walked off to go back to the line And didn't come back after waiting some more we are approached by another employee asking us if we have been helped we told the other employee was taking our order he proceeded to tell us that they are understaffed and if we could do our order on the app. We honestly just walked out and went somewhere else very disappointing.

Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Got a tenders box with sweet tea and an extra side of large mash. No biscuit so they gave have an extra fry. Husband picked it up in drive thru, got home and the tea had a hint of sweet as if they ran out and filled with unsweetened. Got the fry but no large mash, they put my regular side mash potato in a large container so it looked like a large and husband thought it was it. Opened tender meal box no regular mashed potatoes just chicken.Check everything before you drive off. Open boxes to make sure they didn't have you all of it. Make sure your large are filled.
Super bad experience with just trying to order from this location right now. It was my first time and I wanted to try the family meal, but the drive threw staff was super rude and got upset As I waited the menu changed to order my sides. She yelled at me and then had a co-worker yell make up your mind.
From the moment you walk in its just a feel good eat great environment. Happy staff members. Awesome, delicious, tasty, crunchy, fresh, fluffy spices, did I mention delicious!Great music too to let you escape for a moment of something different.So glad you opened this location.We had the family meal with sides red rice beans, mashed potatoes, slaw. All the sides were full of flavor and fresh.
