Everybody at Pinnacle On The Park & at Spire San Diego has gone out of his or her way to make sure my application process has been thoroughly handled.Staff members have gone the extra mile to make sure my needs are addressed with a smile~~even stayed late when the office was already closed to accommodate me.Thanks so much to all of you!! ?

I lived here an entire year and had a relatively pleasant experience. The apartment is nice and the location wasn't too bad. It is what you would expect living in the city and this side of town. What docks this apartment complex is that the management team is severely understaffed. Communication between tenants and the leasing staff is often scattered and unstructured. Several occasions where a simple process would take days and sometimes weeks to be completed. I am normally an understanding tenant, however, my experience here has taken a turn for the worst because of the lack of communication when handling some important lease details or move-out processes.

Me and my boyfriend, Devin, toured a one bedroom apartment today. Our leasing consultant was Erika Slaughter. She was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and having us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and requesting her when touring.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Broke my lease on the day I was supposed to move in because they didn't tell me to bring a cashier's check that day and wouldn't let me move my stuff in. The manager, Andie, had no empathy and clearly did not care at all about my situation. I spent $1,000 on movers and storage and my $250 deposit (don't regret it though that's how bad it is). Aside from that there are homeless everywhere, you have to wash undergarments in bags because they frequently get caught in the pipes, and it took them over 3 weeks to even approve my completed application. After begging Andie to let me move in, I was contemplating the decision to break my lease in the lobby when the security guard came over and said 'Don't live here.' So, I broke my lease and it was the best decision I ever made. Andie is actually the rudest and most heartless human being I have ever met...and she's the manager. Goodluck to anyone who actually moves in, you'll need it.

Customer service is terrible !Called to ask about a 3bdrm and asked for a tour through the phone due to not being in California at the moment and in Texas selling my current home. I asked if their rep can accommodate that to show me and he said “ no “. I laughed thinking he was joking because everyone else I’ve talked to with other homes were able too. Including Broadway apts. How are you supposed to get renters if all you want to do is send the virtual tour link. If I wanted to keep looking at the link without actually seeing the apartment I would have. I can see where the reviews are and why they are low.

Leasing office had a “mix up” and couldn’t see us at our appointment time of 3:00pm. Front desk told us somebody would be with us at 3:10. At 3:20 nobody had come out. While waiting in the front lobby area we got the impression that this would be a really bad area to live in, in a really poor quality building. We won’t be back.

Worst customer service. The front desk staff is rude, acts pricey and ignorant. It's impossible to get a ahold of the leasing agent if you're in problem. The maintenance service is super slow and annoying. Had a broken bathroom, took them 15 days to respond. They don't attend to your request for weeks even if it's an emergency. The security here is a JOKE, anyone can walk in get to any floor.Don't believe these 5 star reviews, they all have been bought, none of them live here. Living here is worst than a motel. It's no where close to a 'luxury apartment'.Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

i have a few months living here and im very happy with my living situation. the apartment is unbelievable!! the views are great and so are the amenities. the price was just what i was looking for and i think that for everything that includes, its a no brainer to live here.

horrible customer service experience trying to get a hold of the leasing staff... The phone just rings and rings... zero sense of urgency at all.Now to the leasing staff, you get a 1 star for trying but I sure hope the Management does some kind of formal training with you all. You sorely need it and I advise the upper senior leadership to do some recon and see why the reviews here are horrible. The surrounding area is just sad and an eye sore all around.Trust me .. pony up the cash and move closer to the water when it comes to the city .. the peace of mind alone is worth it. Cheers!

Front desk people are rude. Management stopped being helpful the day after they got me to sign a lease. The area of the building is absolutely the worst in San Diego in terms of homeless, and they always leave the parking garage gate open. They have security here but they are always just doing absolutely nothing by the park. It takes me 10 minutes to get to the streets from my unit because of the elevator and underground parking that they increase the price on every month because that is what they sneakily built into the lease they make everyone sign. So you can't even legally fight it because you would have signed and if you ever want to do small claims against them, good luck because the person who receives any lawsuits is actually a whole lawyer that YOU will have to pay for if the suit doesn't go your way. Be very careful with this greedy building and really look into these reviews. I saw similar ones before moving in but ignored them because the view was so nice. HUGE MISTAKE. The view is of the straight up poorest HOODS in san diego and there is a ton of crime every single hour
