ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Piatti is the most intimate, romantic, delightful restaurant in the shores. The staff is beyond amazing...welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The food is the best Italian in the U.S.A. We have had every entree, drink, dessert and when we say it's the best, we mean it. Cauliflower cakes are amazing for your vegetarian, lasagna for meat eaters, mushroom rotolo will please any palate. ENJOY!

Nice to revisit after a number of years.

Loved the Cannelloni and the Wild Mushroom Rotolo! It was delicious with out being too rich. We were seated in the beautiful back patio with a great waiter. Such a great choice for our anniversary dinner. We will be back because there was so much I wanted to try!

Service was fair, waiter had maybe too many tables. No offer of fresh ground pepper for salads or cheese for pasta dishes. Cesar salad looked like the greens where days old. Actually nothing looked green old white parts of romaine lettuce. Other dishes were fine but for $ 200 for 4 for a week night dinner, the value was fair. Always out go to restaurant but now not sure it’s worth it.

Menu changed. Not good. Very disappointed. Been going there for over 20+ years. Sorry. Awful.

Every time we come here it's amazing, not much of a wait, great service and food. All of the drinks and pastas are amazing.

Amazing food and drinks and the service was outstanding - cannot wait to go back on my next trip to San Diego.
