Best Pho I have had in some time. Delicious fast and reasonably priced. They only serve pho, and non alcoholic drinks. Sit outside, enjoy the weather and haveing a yummy bowl of Pho:)

Most authentic Phớ any San Diego visitor or even local could ever get, I recommend the "cafe su dua" aka vietnamese coffee with condensed milk with your pho if you want a sweet but potent drink on the side! Food comes out relatively quickly and the food speaks for itself really, phenomenal and genuine vietnamese flavor.

their soup is very fresh and hot and their leaves are different and most importantly they use green lemon.Up to now best pho in SD I tried

I’ve been going here since I was a young lad! No thrills or 5 star service. A typical service you would find at a Vietnamese restaurant. The broth is great, the fatty brisket is my favorite. Don’t forget to ask for chili oil for the extra spiiCe! They open early for those seeking a hearty breakfast!

The definition of legit pho in San Diego. We recently discovered Pho Hoa after let's just say, we're huge fans. When you walk in, you can definitely tell this establishment has been here for long time.No thrills. No BS. Straight up, I can already imagine that this place has been a local pho shop for many generations of clients. During the entire time of our meal, we saw multiple people walk in and out with boxes of take out orders. It was an insane consistent flow of clients. I couldn't help, but smile at this small local business thriving during this global pandemic. If you're new to pho, just get #1 or #2. If you're extra cautious, pho with beef balls is also a safe starter bowl as well.I ordered #2 and it was delicious. Very, very generous with toppings, meat and noodles. I had little to no complaints here, as each bite was insanely addicting. I couldn't help, but continue eating, spoonful and after spoonful. Pure authentic broth.Yes, the area is outside your usual San Diego neighborhood. Yes, it is a bit rough. And hey, the place isn't glamorous either. But if you're looking for some legit, authentic pho, I definitely recommend checking out Pho Hoa. I'll be back for sure!

High quality Pho!One of, if not my top spot in San Diego for pho. Broth is delicious on its own, the regular size comes with plenty of noodles and meat. One bowl is enough to fill a large hungry belly and sooth a nasty (COVID or non COVID) cold. We've had their pho for breakfast at 7am, lunch, and dinner. Each time it's been well worth it.Iced coffee is also made fresh at the table with you, served with extra hot way in a thermos to enable the customer to make more if they'd like.Parking is in the rear as the side lot is currently blocked off for our door seating.

Hands Down the Best Pho in ALL SAN DIEGO. Super Authentic and Delicious. I found this place about 6 or 7 years ago and have not been to another place since. Nothing compares. Don't forget to ask for the chili oil. It is not that spicy don't be scared. It adds so much flavor.

One of the best authentic pho place I've been to. Highly recommend this place.

The moment you are seated the server waited for you to order and within 5 mins pho is served. It was one of the quickest pho restaurants I ever been to. However, this restaurant is pho and beverage ONLY so make sure to plan ahead since there are no appetizers (egg-rolls, spring roll and etc) which explains the fast service. Overall, it’s one of the best pho I ever have in San Diego.

If you like Pho, Pho Hoa on El Cajon Blvd is worth trying. If you don't like Pho then pass on this place since the menu is limited. The broth is very tasty and they sell beer as well. I like the amount of meat they provide in an order compared with other places where I have had Pho. The parking near the restaurant is tight since they are now using their parking lot as an outdoor patio area which is good to avoid possibly infecting others with Covid or the flu. I love their broth, it is so good!
