Every time I come to this plaza, there’s a huge crowd in front of this restaurant. I finally had a chance to get some takeout. I had a really lovely take out Bùn from here, fresh shrimp, veggies and a very fragrant garlic fish sauce. The noodles were just the right texture as well.Looking forward to trying the pho when the weather gets a bit cooler.
I expected too much maybe. All the reviews seemed great so I made all the way to come here. There were not friendly at all, moving leftovers and trashed around the table to table while they were cleaning which makes me don’t feel pleasant. I was wondering why there are flies but now it make sense. Please consider customers’ side. Also meats in the pho were really so tough so I barely swallowed. Egg roles were not bad.
The best Pho in town I think. Very reasonable price with generous amount of food. I would highly recommend Rice dish or Spicy noodle soup (Bun bo hue).
I Really Like The Shrimp Pho Soup & The Chicken With Two Spring Rolls Was Delicious. I Also Like The Fast Friendly Service. Yup Bring A Date Or The Family. Yup A Little Pricey But So Worth It.
One of the best places to go for authentic Vietnamese food. The wait seems daunting but don't be scared. They are pretty quick to seat people. Even if it looks like an entire mob is waiting outside... Give it 5-10 minutes and you will be seated
Met up with a friend who suggested we grab lunch at Pho Cow Cali, it was my first time here and I was very satisfied ?. Portions were plenty while meat and noodles ? cooked perfectly, and washed down with a nice tasting cup of tea ?.
Quite long wait. Guess that means they have food. However, I am reviewing this as a vegan vegetarian. Their broth has msg just FYI for any anti msg people such as myself. They can’t do substitution. For this, they would get 3 stars. However, portion size is good and pricing as well which is why I gave them 4 stars. Amount of choices for vegans/ vegetarians is limited. Comfortable interior. At first, I thought they were going to squeeze us with others at a table as I have had to do prior to Covid in some Asian restaurants. Fortunately, they did not for a party of 2 at a 6 person table. Plus points for that. In addition, nice to have a separate hand sanitizer at each table.

I appreciate them taking Covid protocols seriously. Guests who don't dine in wait outside and they take orders and payment outside. I ordered there and only waited 5 minutes. Excellent! They also kept their prices the same when most places have raised prices.
Great place to eat, this place is easily part of my top 3 places to eat in San Diego. Food is great, and they serve fast.
