I usually enjoy ordering from this location in Mira Mesa Blvd, but today, the service was much slower, but this isn’t what I’m complaining about. i ordered the spring rolls and pho special and paid extra for adding a side of noodles. When I came home and opened the bag, there was only one order of noodles, and one sauce l even though it was printed on the order receipt - side of noodle and 2 sauces - taped to the bag. I also realized the cashier never asked if I wanted a receipt or not and automatically clicked on no receipt before I even said anything. Usually I ask for the receipt to be emailed to me. I’m giving a 3 star instead of 1 or 2 because I like the food here. FYI there was another customer sitting across from me for a while who mentioned that he came back cause there was only one order of pho instead of two. I hope the staff will pay more attention to the takeout orders and check before giving the order to customers from now on. I tried calling at 8:50 before I posted this but they were already closed. (Website says closes at 9pm)
Avoid at all costs special around 6:00pm to 7:30 pm... this is a fairly decent size restaurant too cheap to hire more servers. you'll see their servers busting their butts but there just isnt enough to them to really manage that many tables properly.. this rating is 1* rating is for the owner not the servers. also food has really gone down in quality and it wasnt too high to begin with
Routinely cancels orders hours before published closing times on Uber Eats. I've had luck one time. Food was ok, but have had 3 cancellations otherwise. There are better and more reliable options.
When I got home and cut open this roll there was a huge black hair in it, it is evident that the cooks work without hairnets.
Their food is not bad.Everything we ordered was par except for the hair we found in our egg roll.But they generously gave us an 80¢ discount on a $98 order, so whatever ?.

Food is just average. Definitely not the best pho for the price in Mira Mesa.The service needs improvement. This restaurant is very very understaffed. Even during the peak hours, I saw only 2 waitresses in the entire place. One had to mind the cashier machine all the time, and the other was just... let’s say not doing her best.
My kids and I love Pho and since we were in town decided to stop in and get some Pho at this establishment that we are very familiar with being that they are located all over the county. Let me first start by saying that I understand we are still in a pandemic and staffing is low. But, the way we were treated here was terrible.We ordered our food and what I asked for it was missing 2 of the ingredients, but I didn’t want to bother them so I just ate it. When we’re done; I asked for a box to go. We sat for 10 mins waiting for our bill and it never came, so I got up and went to the register. The woman asked me if I was waiting on a to go order and I said, no were done and ready to pay. She told me it would be 25 mins to pay and I repeated it back to her and she said, yes. Well, we did wait that extra 25 mins just to pay our bill!! Ridiculous! Our waitress didn’t even ask me if I wanted a receipt. I pushed for a copy anyway. Will NEVER come to this establishment again!
No one picks up the phone. Manager not on premises. Food was cold and not authentic. I've been here before and one consistent thing is that it takes a while for the food to be ready. It appears they are short staffed, which somewhat explains the rude staff members. There are sooo many better Pho restaurants in the area priced lower. If you read this, then you've been warned!
me and family came around 3ish (not busy time) when we first entered they did not greet us and at least 2 workers passed by us and did not say anything to us. one of us went to the restroom and it was extremely filthy! literally more than half tables were uncleared, still had dishes and food. after being seated for more than 10 mins no one came to take our order. that’s when we walked out
