There was very good food and many of the food ordered was quite nice. A robot brings the food, but a waiter still has to move the food from the robot to the table so I don't really see what the point is. The food is quite nice such as the B- foods and the sandwiches.Everything is great, but one thing to note is that they cut the noodles unnecessarily short in the phos. Generally I like my noodles uncut but even when they are cut in other places, it's not too short to the the point that you have to use the spoon.
Been eating at this location for about 10 years. Food quality and service is excellent. The meats are always great quality [specifically the rare steak], and the broth is perfection. I also like the locations in Mira Mesa and Poway.
I've been eating here for many years and never before today have I felt the need to leave a review. In short, the food is amazing, but the service is bad or nonexistent at best.Today I wanted to do a take out. I enter the restaurant at 1:15pm to wait 20m for the two groups ahead of me to get seated. When I finally think it's my turn, I get skipped for another large group. That's fine, turns out there's a sign up sheet. So I do that, and after another two groups get seated I finally ask what I'm supposed to do.Turns out, if you're doing a to-go order, there's an unspoken rule where you just walk to the front of the restaurant and order from the counter, despite the "Please wait" sign. Fine. In the past, whomever is hosting would say something. No, that's fine, I'll figure it out myself.I go to the front and order. Easy, and I let the cashier know I'd be sat at the front next to the "to-go" orders table. 10 minutes later, the person who ordered before me gets their order. 20 minutes after that, the group who ordered AFTER me gets their food. These two orders were brought by the cashier to the people waiting by the "to-go" orders table, where I was sat waiting. At 2:30pm, I give up waiting. I go to back the front, and get back in line. Turns out, my food had been sitting on a cart near the counter and there's yet another unspoken rule where I'm just supposed to rummage for it, on this unmarked cart, look for my name, and take it.I'm done. I love the food, so I'll order delivery or pick another Pho place going forward. This is not the first time ordering to-go from here has been ambiguous at best. But this is, however, the first time I spent over an hour in the restaurant going unacknowledged.
They have a robot that brings your food out! We got a couple of different kinds of pho. The brisket itself was the best of any I've had. I wish the broth was a smidge more aromatic and spiced but overall a nice experience. Will definitely be going back!
Always great service! Food is consistently good!!
Meh food and ran out of a few appetizers, rude hostess who seemed to think we weren’t worth the time and were stupid? Saw lots of people just waiting around to be seated + they take a while to clean up tables. This was a last option since my mom was desperate for Vietnamese food and this was the only place open; next time we will just get literally anything else.
We were waiting for our table outside and she started next customers serve first. If you want to eat on your turn, do not stay outside.
Delicious food in a convenient location. I've driven past this restaurant for years, never knowing that I was missing out on such wonderful food. The people who work here are friendly and the food tastes like it's made by people who love what they do. Such an awesome spot!

This is a chain pho restaurant. I was just happen to be in San Diego and stopped by for lunch. Spring roll is average sauce was midocre. Pho soup was really thick like ramen. The soup does not taste like traditional pho. However, there were lots of meats. Pho in Little Saigon westminister are best.
