Today, June 8th, 2022 around 3:20, I went to Peet's to have my cappuccino. The staff was so rude ( the guy with long black hair wearing reading glasses ). I asked him nicely to redeem my points. He was almost yelling. This stupid and rude must be fired. I always say thank you and the idiot never responds. Such an assho....... They must fire this animal!
If you're in Burbank looking for a cute coffee shop stop by here. The coffee was super delicious and unique! I tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch which tasted exactly like the cereal with coffee, amazing. Also tried The Sweet Creature which was so aesthetically pleasing with the rose petals on top. Love the staff, they were kind and welcoming. Will be back to try more items on the menu!
Ask for the Sharmaine special! Delicious, like a Vietnamese iced coffee!
HORRIFIC! I ordered from the app and they failed to deliver my order. When I called the store they said "It's not our fault". Really? This is how you treat customers spending over $30 for me and my coworkers!? Then I had to scour the internet for their customer service line. I was put on hold for an eternity. I will never purchase from them again. Don't let the same thing happen to you.
Solid cozy coffee spot. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon coffee i had! Delicious. Kind staff, would recommend and will return.

A very friendly atmosphere. They were out of butter croissants, so I ordered a cinnamon roll.It was delish!Counter staff is very efficient.The caramel macchiato did not disappoint.Peet's is family friendly, so, go ahead, bring the kids!
Superior coffee house with excellent coffee and plenty of room inside and out to lounge about.
Nice vibe. Black coffee is bad. Pretty frugal and would try to make it work, but it ended up in the street corner trash can. Hand roasted coffee grounds is not always a good idea if the person is multitasking and doesn't have a consistent hand. Maybe the coffee would be better with cream and sugar, but I like black coffee. Hoping it was just some bad beans.
Nice place. Cool air conditioning. Not crowded. Spent 1.5 hours there. Pleasant experience. Coffee shop.
