If you like Las Vegas, and you’re interested in getting the Vegas experience in San Diego, Parq is the place for you! From the moment you get to the entrance and you meet people like Sam who takes care of every single person that wants to get in, and does it with class, to the service you get at the table, everything is just right. If you don’t get a table I’d recommend to find Liron, the best bartender at Parq! She’s got such a good vibe. I had a table with some friends on Friday, got to meet Kasey, my server at the table, and she was just amazing! She’s super nice, always near the table asking if we need anything, and does everything with a beautiful smile on her face that just makes you want to go back there! Loved her service and I’m gonna ask for her every time I get a table there.
Parq is absolutely beautiful! The room set up is super cool and I would definitely go again! Plenty of space on the first floor.
I lost my passport in the nightclub and the employees told me they can't do nothing tonight, I had to come back tomorrow. So when I came back the next day the bouncers were very helpfull, took a lot of effort and asked all the employees. Got it back within 2 minutes. Thank you so much for you caretaking!
!!!!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!! We bought out the Nightclub on a Saturday night, hosting a concert in effort to fundraise for a new Non Profit I established. My c corp business paid $12k+ for exclusive use of the entire venue and their staff. Our entire event was CLOSED DOWN 1.5 hours (9pm-10:30pm) after it opened due to the owner trying to collect the food & beverage minimum upfront that evening. Our event was open to the public that evening, and the owner shut us down prematurely due to what he said was low presale tickets and his fears that the evening would not meet the f&b min. We were CONTRACTED to pay the difference of the cash bar sales at the end of the night, but the owner decided to debit our authorized card on file beforehand. When they could not get any $ from that card, the owner came up to the club and tried to shake us down for the f&b minimum. He created a spectacle with his security and other staff in toe, confronting me and my business partner in front of our workers. It was a nightmare and completely humiliating!!! Even worse, he had his staff believing we had not paid any money, when in fact, he was in the wrong and going against our contractual agreement! ***S/N- if at any time your agreed upon actions go against the terms of a contract, you have then, in fact, changed the terms of the contract.*** I told him personally that we were not contracted to pay the f&b min. upfront, and if we were contracted to do so, (I WOULD HAVE DONE IT)! He then asked that I pay (something) upfront, which I reluctantly considered, as I then would have to collect my overpayment from them, and he was obviously not to be trusted. Also, by that time he already had his AV tech turn on the lights, put an exit sign on the screen, our 1st dj had left out the door and our guests were leaving. Basically, he ruined our event. He had his staff tell our guests that the artists did not show (which is a complete lie- they performed at sound check). We had 2 artists and 2 djs that were scheduled to perform that night. Our 2 artists and headlining dj could not perform due to his actions. I was being approached by multiple people asking me what was going on, there was a line of angry ticket holders demanding refunds, security was telling people in line that the concert is canceled. Basically, the owner was suffering remorse from HIS CONTRACT, tried to pressure payment while our event was in process, and rather than wait until the end of the night to collect the difference (if any) from the f&b min, his EGO decided to sabotage our event. A CONTRACT WITH THIS VENUE MEANS NOTHING. THE OWNER BEHAVES AS A THUGGISH COWBOY AND TRIES TO INTIMIDATE PEOPLE INTO DOING WHAT HE WANTS. We suffered great financial loss plus a serious bruising to our professional reputation. Making matters even worse, our bank authorized $10k+ payment to them, and upon my dispute of those charges, the club lied stating that we had full use of the evening (9pm-2am), and we owe THEM money! LIES!!!!!!!!!!! That's a total of $23k+ in payment to The Parg for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the almost $60k that we paid to the artists/djs/ my staff/ vendors/ ads, to make the event happen! I have been in business for 22 years and have NEVER experienced anything near this unprofessional and scandalous! BEWARE!!
SCAM! Stay AWAY unless you don't mind getting your money stolen. Was overcharged over $1,000 on my card on what was supposed to be a $200 deposit for bottle service, a deposit I was supposed to receive back at that. Other than that, the atmosphere is ok, hosts and security are nice. Music is mainstream EDM.
Haven’t had time to thank him on here for making our night something to remember! I had my brothers in town and I wanted to show them a good time. Caleb made sure we had the best booth in the club on top of VIP service from start to finish! Highly recommend getting a table if you’re planning on coming here and Caleb is the guy to see! As a previous employee of this venue let me start by saying if you are visiting San Diego and looking for a nightclub to go to, stay far away from Parq. This is not the same nightclub it was prior to covid when they had decent artists. New management & incompetent cocktail waitresses are just part of the issue.Came to celebrate my 25th birthday and before closing out a tab near 3.5k, had an entire management team come harass me and threaten me saying they would not sell me anymore tables unless I left a higher "OPTIONAL" tip. Save your time, save your energy, and money. If you are visiting San Diego, visit Sidebar for a much better experience at a fraction of the price.
