This place has choice and delish sammys. I’ve eaten over 10 thousand sandwiches in my life so I know what I’m talking about out.
What a sad day today, I've been coming here for a while because it's one of the best delis but today I am never coming back. I was told to get out because I was Mexican, plain and simple. The short, loud and offensive girl with black hair said something about Mexicans I didn't appreciate, I let her know and she blew up instead of apologizing since I was a paying customer. She trippled down and started yelling that she hated Mexicans. Many people heard it and i have just filed a complaint with thr DFEH Ffor violation of my civil rights under thr Unruh act. I will NOT be humiliated this way, no matter how good their sandwiches are. :(
This sandwich was AMAZING! I admittedly ordered through DoorDash and the length of time made the bread soggy, but it was clearly no fault of the restaurant and they were still worthy of 5 stars.Their flavor profile with the bread, meat, spread, and veggies was DELICIOUS!! They nailed everything about the sandwich!!I also ordered a piece of the baklava and it was melt-in-your-mouth worthy!Love this place and will be back often!
I ordered a bottle of wine through doordash, a member of the store called me to let me know they were out. I accepted them sending a similar price bottle, but ended up sending a cheaper one.I ordered a clos du bois cabernet sauvignon value at 15 dollars, and they sent me a 5 dollar Cutler Creeks. Not cool since I blindly trusted you guys for a similar price substitution! One star for that.The sandwiches are 5 stars though like always to be fair.
Alvin and his sister is the best . Always there with a sincere smile and and pleaset attitude. And the deli is good to.with a few tables out front you can enjoy the comings and goings and who's in and who's out of the locals .After your sandwich, pop over for a hot or cold coffee at the hottest coffee shop around Lestats on Park.
These sandwiches are top of what you can find in San Diego. The Sherry special is great but quite frankly I’ve never had a bad sandwich here. The staff at this place are always friendly and great.
Alvin the owner is the man. All the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. This is the chicken pesto it was 10/10. Highly recommend the jerk as well as their beer cave which has an amazing selection. Also try the riddle of the day when you check out it always gets me.
Their sandwiches are off the chain. Gourmet!!!! Best in SD. Staff is very friendly. I enjoy spending my money here.
Best selection of bottled adult drinks on Park. Owner and his team are very welcoming. Solid selection of cold meats for your sandwich needs too!
This is by far the best place to shop!!!! The sandwiches there are unbelievably delicious and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Very very friendly staff and I would recommend this place to everyone!!!! P.s there beer ? selection is over the top!!!! They have a beer cave that totally rocks!!!!!!
