I found this place by pure chance. I bought these delicious goodies! The flavor was intensely good and the dough fresh. It's definitely on my list of places to return to. They have multiple food items that I want to try next.
I really enjoyed my breakfast and coffee here. The Breakfast Plate, with choice of meat, was delicious and, with the greens, felt pretty healthy. Sitting outside and relaxing with friends made for a very nice morning.
Actually 3.5/5Nice selection of pizza... But their basic pizza (margarita)is borderline OK. Nice crust, crispy outside, soft inside. Something off on their tomato sauce (cooked? Something unusual added?).. the cheese failed to make love to the sauce.. something lacking...Their desserts look lovely but way overpriced (more than 2x price).The gelato was not made there, and had more of an ice cream texture, gelato typically is never hard packed, and they get theirs shipped, frozen. But flavors were tasty.Overall rating B minus.
Delicious gelato. Friendly service. I did try one of their lattes today and I really was disappointed. I'm not even sure if it was just the bitter taste of latte or that the coffee wasn't really hot but either way I think I'll stick to the gelato. :(
I got a sausage frittata and a crostata. The first was sopping wet as though it had been reheated in a shallow pan of hot water. Even if it hadn't been for that, it was virtually flavorless. The shortcrust of the latter was either very stale, or the dough was overly wet and/or overworked prior to baking. The gnutella filling was quite pleasant, but it's hard to mess that up.
Talk about some GOOd healthy food!! It is here! You must have the Caprese Salad, (if you like that kind!). It is so very good and the soup they make there is wonderful and you feel good about your selection of food that you made the right choice eating there. BUT WAIT...to top it off you must get some of their Gelato Ice Cream..Oh boy... what a treat that is!!
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick service BUT most importantly, delicious food and coffee. I always get the Shekerato which is a sweet, iced coffee. All their desserts, pastries, and pizza are delicious!
