It’s a very small menu with sandwiches and salads, as well as coffee’s and desserts, but this is exactly what part of the neighborhood where you want to hang out, catch up, and enjoy some good food and drinks.

Friendly people. I recommend trying the caprese panini and the caprese salad with the balsamic reduction, bellisimo!! The dessert was outstanding. Love the Italian Cafe feel.

Kamila is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The gelato (I got the lemon one) is very delicious and airy. Felt like I was eating a cloud of lemon :) food is always great. I always order the pappalecco panini

This place has AMAZING food, beyond exceptional customer service and compelling prices. ? Definitely seems like a little hidden gem❤️

Great experience! We have been waiting for ohmycakecali to open a store front! And how exciting that it's In a great location with COFEEE I have been dreaming of the pistachio baklava cheesecake goodness for far too long and it DID NOT disappoint and is a MUST try. I've had the BEST buns in the world before...and yes they are in the running to be the best in the world. Cinnamon rolls are my JAM and I will probably be testing and searching for cinnamon rolls indefinitely. When she only did pop ups my friend would pick them up and sometimes I would get them days later and they would still taste fresh and amazing. When coming into Pappalecco/ohmycake I got the seasonal pumpkin spice. I'm not sure if it was how it was stored or that the air was on quite cold and it hit my cinnamon roll hard or what because my cinnamon roll was unusually dry and hard and honestly not good. I've had the buns before so I'm hopeful it was a fluke and I will be back! Support this amazing business ?

Best ice cream in San Diego, in my opinion. Its very authentic to Southern Italy. The only downside is its very expensive but if you can afford it, its worth a try every now and then.

Sadly, it's closed. There is boxes and stuff inside. Big lock on the front door.

Love this place. Have always loved this place, especially the Hillcrest location. Just a little taste of the EU. They are always sweet. The food and the coffee are always perfect, and the people watching is just like being back at an Italian or Parisian cafe.

Best oat milk latte ever!
