Customer service sucks. I have never had someone be as mean to me as the manager of this joint. Cannot believe how rude the manager is.
Great place! Check it out if you like to have seafood, especially if you want to have crispy shrimps! Their outdoor space is great! The service was great and fast. The food was good and they have a full bar with great options. We were there for dinner during the week so it wasn’t as crowded, but they have a parking space which is good for weekends. Check it out!
Very rude management; no customer service. Very poor customer service, rude waitresses and management. I am honestly shocked. We had family in town and were so excited to bring them to our favorite restaurant. We called ahead for our order and sat down at the picnic tables in the parking lot area. We go to pb fish shop on a weekly basis and have been doing this every time. We ordered beers at the bar and brought them back to our table because our food wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. When our food was ready, we brought it back to the table to eat. The manager came over and told us we needed to leave because they had signs "posted everywhere" that ordering food ahead of time and eating it outside was against the rules. Like I said, we've been ordering our food ahead and eating it outside for several months now and this was the first time we've ever heard this. The manager came over and brought a printed out picture that said "no eating takeout orders here". We obviously want to be respectful of the rules, so this would have been a good fyi for us to know and abide by in the future. But no, the manager straight up made us pack our food up and kicked us out. It was a very embarrassing experience to be treated that way, especially with guests in town. Overall I am shocked by the lack of customer service. Also, the picnic tables were half empty and no one was waiting around for a table, but we were told we were "cutting the line" because everyone else had to "wait for their food"......even though we placed the order online and waited equally as long as people in line (30-40 min). I am very sad and disappointed, not at all how you would expect management at a good restaurant to treat regular customers. Advice to management: Please inform guests over the phone, online, and on food ordering apps of this policy or have some kindness and compassion vs kicking out a family of 4 after they spend $80+ to sit and eat the food they purchased in your half empty lot for a rule they learned about seconds ago that was never enforced before.
As someone who has worked in the service industry for a large part of my life, I can safely say I've never experienced such poor treatment by a manager at a restaurant ever. I cannot believe how rude the manager at this place is, and am extremely sad and disappointed by the way this restaurant treats their customers.
Love the wide variety of seafood to choose from. Good beer selection also. Fun outdoor seating, almost a party atmosphere. Lines can be slow at times, especially on oyster nights. The halibut taco and fried spicy dorado tacos were very tasty but the lobster taco seemed raw and didn’t taste great to me. My husband enjoyed his mahi mahi platter and raw oysters a lot.
Pet friendly seating outside. Lots of seating.Blackened sea bass was perfectly done. Crisp blackened outside sealed leaving a steamed moist inside. The seasoning was delicious with a light spice.The house shop seasoning jumbo shrimp tacos were excellent. It was a creamy garlic sauce that made me want more.
Stopped in here for lunch for their award winning Tacos. I tried the Spicy Dorado Taco and the TKO Taco both incredibly great with outstanding flavors and super fresh fish. The portions are generous, I was full after my two tacos. This place is a real treat!
Great fresh fish with a wide variety of options! Pick your marinade or seasoning and get it as either tacos, salad, sandwich, or plate. We both had plates and the servings were large and delicious. You could tell how fresh the fish was! Note that this is not a table service restaurant, so it makes for a good lunch or more casual dinner...order at the counter and find a picnic table.
Loveee this place! I get the lobster lumpia & the ceviche half with shrimp & half mahimahi everytime. Sooo delicious? they have a cute theme & decorations inside and a nice, two different large outdoor seating areas as well.
Good food for a reasonable price. Expressed first time visitors - no additional support or guidance given in our ordering process. Some items were not available. Service was fair and noticed inconsistent presentation of food for same items at different tables Got our order wrong a couple of times when bringing it to our table - response from the server, "Kitchen is struggling today." We did not have a "special order" (regular items straight from the menu). Shrimp were prepared very well. Rest of items were somewhat sloppy and some fish was significantly overcooked. Ceviche was average. Overall, good flavors - decent price.
