I had exceptional service on 05/20/2022 with server Patrick. As usual I expected it to be a long dinner and expected to have to wait for my food and drinksbut everything was so efficient and fast, not once did I have to look for Patrick or ask him for anything. He made sure we had everything before we could even think about it, as if he read our minds. Best service and the food was on point too, porter house steak was cooked to perfection and you have to try the blooming onion.

We went there to celebrate our 39th anniversary. We ordered the bone in Porterhouse steak. They split the salad for us and brought us an extra plate to share the steak and the potato. We ended up bringing half of the steak home to eat the following day. Always cooked to perfection and our server was excellent!! This location has never let us down.

Definitely one of the most exceptional Outbacks that I have had the pleasure of going too. One thing to keep in mind, is that the kitchen closes thirty minutes before closing time. So if online says closes @ 10pm, then at 9:30pm they stop seating knew customers. Makes sense. That way they can finish all their side work (including finishing up current order/deserts) So I would highly recommend getting there at least an hour before closing for dine in. If you want to order to-go, call it in before that thirty mark, so that you don't get the automated "our kitchen is currently closed" robot that will just hang up on you.. haha bomb food, bomb Mac n cheese! And the bread is always fresh!

Ordered a prime rib medium and it was still terrible. I have never in my life ordered a steak and didn't finish it until this time. Ceaser salad had no taste and the waiter barely came to check on us to the point that we had to ask other waiters to bring condiments. Drinks were great though.

I did a pick up order. This is how much fries you get for $5. Much disappointed overall the meat quality is amazing. Mashed potatoes are different from afternoon & evening. Guess it depends who cooking.? Not sure.

As much as I love ordering here. But is this a 9oz?2 ounces away from 11?I swear when I come here it’s hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great. Other times you see them put the bag on the counter and stand there and talk, or count tips or rolling up receipts or whatever. Then………they grab the bag and bring it to you. It’s so annoying. Ima just cut back for awhile. I’ve had medium steak when I ordered closer to well done. I’ve had cold food (just sitting on the counter as they talk). Ima do them a favor. Cut down ordering so they have less work since it seems like a headache. The only times I’ve had great service is with the guy helpers and the guy manager. Everyone else makes me regret ordering as soon as I pull up to see whose working. In my head I think I already wasted money. The picture below. Right next to it is a plastic cup. Picture that and compare the size. I paid close to 30$ for this. They make it so you’re hungry, order, then you drive home. Just to drive back because they messed it up. Sighhhhh ?‍♂️

Ordered a medium ribeye steak half was raw other half was ok waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive but I ended up paying for my food either way but probably won’t come back here again.

So exceptionally satisfied w customer service and quality of food. The waiters/waitress are super informative even about special menu options. Definitely coming here every time we visit San Diego
