Grew up in LA and loved Tommy’s. I go at least twice a month and always get the double with fries. I usually pass through about 1 PM and can say that Araceli always is happy and positive. She greats you well. Doesn’t seem to rush. Always has your order ready and never forgets to ask if you need anything else. Employees like Araceli are what makes customers return.
I just move up here. I started coming for the burgers and chili cheese fries. Perfect food to indulge in. However I keep coming back for my new friend Chantell. Great service friendly smile and fantastic purple hair! There are several choices around here, but I end up at Tommys just to tell a quick joke and have a quick coversation with her. Its nice to see a friendly face. Thanks
Oh. My. God. I love this place. I don't get a chance to visit Tommy's very often, so it's always a special treat when I'm in the area. They're famous for their chilli cheese burgers, hot dogs, and fries. Basically, just get chilli cheese everything.Yum!
Best chili burger I've ever had hands down, the burger is okay by itself but that chili is what makes me go out of my way to come here every time I can get the chance. The staff has always been incredibly nice and the food is always hot and fresh; If you're looking for something with some spice you can add pepper jack or just get the caliente burger/caliente fries and that should satisfy any heat seeker. Borderline deal here is if you love chili or like to have chili on top of burgers and fries with cheese, then this place if for you ? 10/10
Food was delicious but the slow service was atrocious. Short staffed made for a long wait.
Better than In-N-Out. Always order with grilled onions and chili. Oh man, so tasty with an added kick. Great value and short lines. Love this place.
Meat was grayish brown... fries were hard and old like they were re-fried to warm back up... pale white pink unripe tomatos... and then there was the SMELL that hung in the IN-N-OUT rip-off dining room. We took the food to go only to find out what I described above way too late. Sorry no pictures, but we threw everything away uneaten and couldn't bring ourselves to go back to get a refund. Swill~

We came to the drive thru at 9:22 knowing they close at 10pm. No one took our order, we tried going to the lobby. But the door is locked , yet we see two coworkers literally hiding from us. Deliberately ignoring us. Didn’t answer their phone , which is quite rude. And I don’t know why people would choose to work somewhere if they can’t satisfy the customer during their work hours.
Have to give em 1 star. The girl was complaining about people not doing their job and doing a shifty job when they do. While she was bagging up a Chilli dog when I ordered a burger. I was the customer at the restaurant inside and drive thru
