Italian Salad Soup

I have eaten at this Olive Garden several times but it’s always been to go. This time we went and ate inside and it was a horrible decision. We were seated pretty quickly but that was the best part. Sat down we were greeted by the waiter, we already knew what we wanted so we ordered our drinks, appetizer and meal. Waiter brings out the soup and salad, we sit and wait and wait to see him again and once we did we still did not have drinks, silverware or our appetizer. We got our food and it was good as per usual but then we found an entire straw wrapper in our soup and immediately the appetite went away. We showed it to the waiter but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m not one to complain I know things get rough and everyone has off days but this way a whole other territory.

I waited for more than an hour for a table, When there were tables available. People that arrived after me got seated before me. It wasn't until I told the hostess. Once we got seated and ordered we didn't get our drinks until AFTER the appetizers. The drinks arrived almost at the same time as the meal. The food was honestly really good, but it was on the service that made the experience unenjoyable.

Group of 5 of us and got seated pretty quickly on a Saturday around 5pm. Our server Abby was great, friendly and attentive, but not annoyingly so (haha) food was good for what it is. No complaints here

As always great food and very friendly staff.

Food quality was what you would expect for unlimited soup and salad, good but not great. The service left alot to be desired, no enthusiasm, no table touches, really not much of anything. We were constantly looking around the restaurant for the server and had to ask another server in out area for help more than once. Looks like there was some good service happening on the floor, unfortunately our server was not the one providing any of it.

My 6 year old and I Love the all you can eat soup and salad. They also have these awesome, cheap to go dinners for like $5! Perfect little school lunches to send in the lunchbox. What kid doesnt like soaghetting and meat sauce from olive garden for lunch?!The staff is always friendly. All around solid place to take the kids. They get the crayons and and the cool drawing booklet.

Nice place, good atmosphere, affordable food. The servers were very nice in giving me exactly what I asked for. Luc handled my main order and was very proper. If anyone says anything bad about Luc, chances are they're going for a free meal.

They told us it was a 30 min wait, we went shopping stores next door and exactly 30 min later, received a text message telling me my table was ready. The waitress was very friendly and help me decide what to order. Food was great and abundant, the check without surprises.

My wife and I had dinner at Sports Arena Blvd in San Diego on our anniversary Nov 22. Our pasta was a bit burnt, but we endured. I happened to look up and saw so much dust and spider webs on the lamps over the table we were worried might fall into our food. Oh, what joy! My wife had coffee, which took a while and had to wait a while to get a spoon to stir it with and a while longer to get a sugar substitute, and a long while to get a refill. The place really didn't have many people. I don't understand. We have been there before and everything was great, hence our smiling return. Well, next time we will try a different location, but I am sure we will never visit that one again. What a disappointment. C Ya

Olive garden! Give Dominic a raise! He went above and beyond today when my family was celebrating. Probably the best waiter I've ever had. We will forsure be back and ask for him again.
