Placed order recently suppose to be a bday gift item was never shipped out. Keep checking tracking number for updated package has not been received by carrier. I've emailed customer service and no response. If Item would have been shipped I would have/ should have received it in 2 days they are 5hrs away from me. I WANT A REFUND AND SHOULDNR HAVE ANY FEES TAKEN AWAY SINCE THEY NEVER DID THIER PART AND SHIP MY ORDER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO PROPER BUSINESS.
Had all the specific drink I needed and I was able to pick up at the store versus ship out. Definitely will come in for my wedding reception stocking!
Really disappointing. Heard this was the best store to get Tequila so drove a fair bit to get there. The store is a mess so you can’t find what you are looking for and when you ask for help, they respond like it’s a bother to help. Customer service put me off so I left.
Probably the most expansive tequila selection I’ve ever seen. Specifically came to get chula parranda reposado because I tried it while in Cabo and haven’t been able to find it anywhere else. I normally just order it online from this liquor store but was glad I got to get it in person while in San Diego for the weekend.
International buyer here (UK). I ordered a bottle of tequila that few places had the brand and fewer ship internationally. I gave five stars despite the original bottle shipped being the wrong age (a reposado instead of the añejo of the same brand) because they corrected and made good on the mistake. I was offered options on how I'd like to resolve the issue (buy the reposado at a discount or print out a return label) and then shipped the correct bottle at no additional cost. I can only imagine they did this at a loss, which speaks to their commitment to service and doing right by their customers. I'd certainly recommend and buy from again.
Dont order from this store. They know about a problem with their shipping company and yet they still use them. After a 7 week fiasco of not getting the order, then receiving the order with opened bottles, I had to fight with this company to take back the bottles and resend me more. Well guess what? I received a particial refund and not the bottles I ordered. I ordered 5 because of the price of the shipping. Now if I want to replace the bottle I would have to pay for shipping again. But mostly I had to fight with them to take back the open bottles.
They have a very nice selection of tequila and other drinks. The service is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in San Diego make sure to visit Old Town Tequila located in Old Town! You will LOVE it!
Placed an order on the 12th and emailed last week and have had no reply and I call the phone number during business hours and all I get is an automatic message what is going on!? *update: They finally answered after 10am and the woman claims I should get an email today with tracking info and my order should arrive on the 31st because they just got a shipment of my order. How was I able to order something if it wasnt in stock? If I do get my order this will be the last time I order from here. 2nd update* THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY WITHOUT TELLING ME WHY!!! HAHAHAHA PLEASE BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS TALKING ABOUT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE NO PUES WOW HAHAHA
Just like other reviews, I ordered online and weeks went by with no update. I made 2 inquiries using the contact us option on the web page. After no response I tried again. I eventually got a response (days later) saying sorry, out of stock. Non existent customer service. Who cancels your order, takes your money and doesn't bother to let you know when they can't ship?? Worst service ever, save your money!!
I ordered a bottle of scotch for my best friend's birthday and a week had gone by without any shipping update, so I sent an inquiry through the store's website. After a couple of days, I sent another inquiry, and did not get a response to either one. I ended up calling the store and they told me the product was out of stock. I was refunded my money the same day, but I ended up being empty-handed for my friend's birthday.
