Mediocre food. We ordered to go (if that made a difference) but still spent nearly $70 on three basic entrees and an appetizer. Based on the reviews, I was expecting something really tasty. But I feel like the food could have easily been from a generic Chinese buffet - taste and texture were similar. Best part was the pho broth. Worst was the crunchy noodle dish... It was like a gravy! My recommendation is to skip this place unless you're going for the bar/atmosphere.
Great fun ambiance and really good food. Service took a little bit because it was busy but we didn’t mind. I loved the dumplings and the house special pho. The meat was super tender and delicious.
Best pho ever had. Highly recommend the fried dumplings also. Without a doubt the best in San Diego. Look forward to next time
Came here for lunch I must say I was really impressed with the pho very delicious I definitely recommend family and friends coming here for date lunch and nights plus walk the pier afterwards.

Place is modern and the food and drinks are on point, its near the beach which is major plus but impacts parking. They are pretty busy all day, but its worth it, the pho is phenomenal!!!
We discovered this place 8 years ago while living in Palm Springs. We would visit OB every other month staying in a hotel just to eat there. We moved away from the area 6 years ago and always bragged about their wings and rice. We have been traveling the country in our Rv, and detoured 400 miles out of our way. To stay in San Diego for two weeks just to eat there. After 5 times there, we still want to go back. Incredible service especially from Simon. Best food we have ever had. Had to chew, roll my eyes, and say wow at the same time.
Great ambiance and we had the coolest waiter. Dominique is a great asset to the house of noodles. We enjoyed the fried noodles and the tripe pho. Definitely will be back

This is probably the coolest noodle spot I've ever been to. The pho is really good and the tiger shrimp appetizer is absolutely amazing!! If you like shrimp you will love the appetizer! And everything is fairly priced. They also have a bar and you can bring your dogs too!
