I had pre ordered 3 dozen bunt cakes for my baby shower that was on 02/26 and had my sister in law pick them up for me. When they got there, they were told it wasn’t supposed to be picked up until Monday the 28th. I quickly texted my sister a screenshot of my receipt showing my pick up time and day was indeed the 26th. Guests enjoyed the bunt cakes but I’m disappointed my sister in law had to wait there about half an hour for my order to be prepared when it should have be made already.
The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly....and the cakes are to die for!
Terrible service at the shop. The shop only provides a dozen of cupcakes and refused to break down the order or provide an extra box for the order. The cupcakes was sealed when sold, when I open the box a couple of them have de-coloration.
Very disappointed! It was my first time getting a birthday cake for my son’s 8th BD and I wanted to be a special one. I ordered 2 tiered cake, brought it home and put it in fridge. By the morning time the top tiered had slid down and smashed the bottom one. They didn’t secure the top tier properly to the bottom one. They should train their employees how to spend a few extra minutes to make sure everything is fine. Their cakes are pricey and when you spend more money you expect something better. I regret not getting $18.99 Costco birthday cake. My first and last time to buy their cakes!
I love this location!! Everyone is very helpful and friendly! I enjoy the bundtlets. They are the perfect size for me when I want a sweet treat. If you are in the area you should definitely drop in! ?

Went to check it out for my daughter's birthday. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the nicest and most helpful staff. My daughter rescued a cat a few yrs ago and recently a dog. Was going for a dog/cat theme and found dog candles and cards with a doq driving a motorcycle and another with 2 cats on a motorcycle to give from her pets! They were perfect and so funny! I had a great time and walked out with great gifts that made the party! The lemon raspberry, red velvet and pralines Bundt cakes helped too! Yummmy!
