ordered the taco online and it is just sooooooo good, another level.I will definitely come over to this place sit and enjoy the food.The taco is huge, around 3 times of the regular one you have.
Not Not Tacos was amazing something new when it comes to tacos. Unfortunately, i can’t tell you everything about them from just reading my review. If you in San Diego little Italy it’s a must. I ordered the Asian salmon taco, shrimp, and the meatloaf. Yes meatloaf taco. Here is my before and after pictures. You get more on Tuesday because it’s Taco Tuesday
Soooooo good. Can’t decide what to eat and love tacos? This is the spot. Get the best of taco bundle and share with a partner or friend you aren’t afraid to get cooties from, take a bite, or eat half, and pass on. My two favorites were the meatloaf taco and the eggplant parm taco. My partner’s favorites were the smokey pork and mac taco and the Korean short rib taco. And the drive thru tater tots are tasty and hard to pass up. Can’t wait to get back and try the rest next time.There is some dining inside the food hall but grab a drink from another stall and head outside to enjoy the fresh air with a slight view of the bay down the hill.
Adventurous and creative tacos. The hype was high since I knew it was Sam’s spot. Tacos were delicious, they’re good size too. Prices are high but so is the quality of ingredients. Located inside the Little Italy Food Hall which offers up several food spots plus indoor and outdoor seating as well as alcohol and other options. I tried 5 tacos, the shrimp, short rib, Nashville chicken, pastrami and the meatloaf. They were all good, the meatloaf one though is awesome, and so unique so I recommend that one. Although the short rib was also 10/10. The people I took with me all gave the thumbs up as well.
I'm a huge fan. I found the YouTube channel 3 years ago. We traveled from Grangeville Idaho to meet up with family and out of everything we could do in San Diego my #1 to do was to hit Not Not Tacos. Definitely amazing. I'll be back in September and would love to get a picture with Sam. I was even more excited to find Sam Burger in the same location. 4 awesome tacos and a mouth watering double bacon cheese burger was the best ending to a great trip. The crew and customer service was beyond exceptional.
This visiting Aussie was so darn satisfied by these amazing Tacos! I got shrimp (perfection), meatloaf, Korean short rib, cheeseburger & cashew chicken. Super fresh and tasty. I love the bold flavours. Great customer service. The lovely woman who served me also had Aussie connections and was super friendly. Highly recommended!
Visiting San Diego recently and had to make it a point to try out Sam's restaurants! Quick and friendly service here at Not Not. You're able to order and receive a txt when your food is ready. Tried the meatloaf taco, cheeseburger taco, Korean short rib taco, and the shrimp taco. Little pricey, probably not as much care into the prep as Sam himself, but they were all pretty good. Would recommend if you're in the area, or a fan of Sam's in general.
Huge fan of Sam, so much so that we purposely made San Diego a stop on our way to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Immediately after checking into our hotel, we were off to Not Not Tacos for lunch. We split four amongst the two of us so that we could try several offerings. My wife was a big fan of the pork and Mac taco. I liked them all, with the salmon being my favorite. The short rib was a close second.I am a culinary graduate and have more respect for food and technique than the average person. Very well executed and the combinations are simple yet work so well. I have made many of Sam recipes and everyone always loves them. (The chicken enchiladas many times!) Thanks to the team for allowing us to try these creations and making our San Diego experience that much more enjoyable.
We had the Korean Shortrib, Nashville hot chicken, Kelly’s shrimp & lamb - they were flavorful but don’t taste like tacos. It’s more like wrap/sandwich. So, don’t go there expecting for tacos. In addition, the SMS system didn’t work well because we did not receive any notification when our orders were ready.
Tried 6 different tacos and all were amazing.
