Took my friend for his birthday and got the roulette takoyaki. One of the 8 has Wasabi in it and he picked it on his first try. The staff are super chill and accommodating and the food tastes exactly how I remembered it from my past trip to tokyo. Definitely try it out you won't be disappointed.
Come here occasionally and always have a pleasant experience. Good selection of ramen too.
Doesn’t really meet the hype that someone tried to sell me on. I got the smoke black bomb ramen which was apparently their most popular and just was not impressed. Not once did anyone check on me after my food arrived. I finished my food for 10 min and still no one checks on me. Obviously the service is going to make the food taste worst right? Yes and no. Broth was watered down. My egg was over cooked. Pork chashu was bland and tough just not memorable because I just can’t recall my experience. Noodles had a nice bounce. That’s really pretty much sums up my experience. There’s a service fee so I guess no there’s need to really care about customer experience. I classify this place with Tajima which means glorified instant ramen chains. I thought I’d give them another chance so I ordered another different ramen bowl in the same seating that was apparently their best one: curry pork. Same nice bounce in noodles, another watered down mixture of base and their tonkotsu I assume that they call curry broth and the same tough bland pork chashu. Once again however, no one checked up on me when I got my food like at all. There’s better options…
I stopped here for the first time tonight. I really enjoyed plate #2 Ring of Chashu. The broth and bowl was really tasty and perfect, at least for me. The restaurant was busy but still got a seat immediately.
What can't I say about this place except WOW. I had my family with me....7 of us.... and called ahead to find out the wait. The gentleman said "wow, I don't know what is up with tonight but you're going to be the 3rd group of 7! Would you be open to sitting on the patio" "If there are heat laps, sure" "We don't usually do this, but I will make sure we have your table ready". When we got there, nice and toasty table (it was 50 degrees last night) was waiting for us. He sat us right away, and our server (I did not catch his name) brought us waters and got our order. His attitude and quickness was beyond anything anyone could ask for. The food was delicious, the atmospher phenominal, the whole experience was WOW! Thank you for a wonderful evening!!
Something's wrong with their online order system, it's really weird that they have like 6 orders sitting in the cold while they're like 10+ people waiting for their orders. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for an already placed online order, this is just awful they should just shut down their online system or tell people the real wait time (which is more than an hour). Do you a favor and don't make online orders at this location.
Outstanding service, Outside seating was clean and dog friendly. That food was good but the service was better.
Have had a few of their options of ramen, and I've not been disappointed at all! The staff have always been very helpful and attentive as well!
